Terrible experience with this home services business. They installed two faulty parts that I bought retail on Amazon for $200, totaling a bill of over $700. The installation took just 10 minutes, which was incredibly quick. However, the owner's condescending attitude made the whole process even more unpleasant. Lesson learned: do your research before hiring someone.
