Perfect home services has been by far the best service I've ever used. They are friendly, professional, and they explain everything before they even touch any system in the home. Very appreciative of their speedy responses as well; within 2 hour response time and 12 hour resolution.

Zach was exceptionally knowledgeable, professional, and patient. He took the time to explain every detail of what he was doing, he showed me how do use my thermostat, and he took the time to leave the radiator to check on how it was doing it for no extra charge. Lee C. came to do a tune up of our furnace in November and was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining in what he was doing. He pointed out items that would help improve the efficiency of our HVAC system. I would request Lee again, he was great. April W the customer service rep that helped set up the appointment was also very helpful every time we spoke.

Update - our furnace was acting up and would not run consistently when the thermostat would call for heat. We called Aqua and Lee C. came out at 8:30 pm on a Saturday. He eventually identified what was the issue and was able to get the furnace running correctly again.

They did wonderful work fixing my leaking sink. Had issues with my building scheduling, but Aqua plumbing guys were understanding and rescheduled to work around my buildings schedule. I am giving 3 stars because it was over expensive for me to get my sink fixed. They charged 800$ for 1 hour 15 mins of work. I had no choice as I wanted my sink fixed. Work wise they are good, but I would not hire them again just for the price. I do not know how much other companies would charge, but 800$ for 1 hour 15 mins is a no go in the future.

I've had them out several times for tune-ups. Each time was a different tech and each tech was wonderful. They were very thorough, efficient, and personable. I have not used them for any repairs, but would definitely call them.

Aqua technician did a fantastic job! They were so professional and came out quick when we had an emergency. They were able to fix our commercial water heater when others could not. Highly recommend! They saved the day!

Luke was very professional. He explained the procedures they were doing and answered all of my questions. He and his partner were extremely polite and efficient. I was very happy that a plumber was able to come within one or two days of calling the company.

We had old galvanized pipes that needed to be replaced and got a couple of quotes for the job.Aqua Plumbing was very reasonable, responsive, and extremely professional. Ryan did an awesome job by himself, removing all the old pipes and navigating twists and turns while installing new copper. Job was completed in a day and looks great. Thanks, Ryan!

I never complain but I've been treated so poorly and could ramble on for half an hour. I have used them 3 times but the last experience to install an Ecobee ($450) at the office was a disaster. Basically on auto mode heat wouldn't go on. We had no heat and it took 5 calls, 4 emails and they were totally unresponsive, constant miscommunication between their office and service tech Lee. They even tried to charge me $89 to even come look at it to fix their mistake. Then, they wanted $1500 to fix their mistake. I found someone else who told me no way should they not have installed a C wire in a commercial space and I looked it up and they were right. I had to pay again to fix their mistake. I will never use again. And by the way, don't let them rope you into signing up for their subscription plan.

Response to their response: Not sure about their response as the manager was the one who was dealing with my issue and again, handled very poorly with no resolution. They basically did not care that it didn't work, that they messed up, that we were without heat for 4 days when it was 40 outside etc. They ignored my emails and calls and then finally told me I needed to pay another $1500. Terrible customer support.

Ryan and the team at Aqua Plumbing were outstanding. They were available virtually immediately, gave us options that fit into our budget, and fixed all of our issues and more. Ryan took the time to explain the situation to me and in no time replaced the damaged items. Every thing was left spotless and in perfect order. Can not recommend them enough!

We had a very tricky situation with replacing an old water heater with limited space in a crawl. Aqua was able to figure out a solution quickly and get us back up and running in less than 48 hours. Not only were they swift in action and smart with figuring out a solution, they were fantastic to deal with! Highly recommend!

Zach was great! He literally checked thoroughly from the basement to the roof, looking to figure out why my boiler wasn’t working correctly. He explained the issue in basic terminology so that I could really understand what was going on. I now have heat in my place and it didn’t cost me an arm and a leg - highly recommended!

James(JD) was my technician and he did a great job. He explained everything he was doing and answered all my questions. He wasn’t pushy and provided options for next steps, and helped me schedule a follow-up appointment.

We had two technicians come out. One was very professional. The other not so much. The owner is great and worked with me on our final price. Work was done in a reasonable amount of time. Everything worked out. I can recommend this company. Make sure your bill is well explained and itimized before paying.

Ask for Bob!! I had a broken drain pipe. Bob and his helper came out, gave a fair price for a big job. (his estimate was what I paid) He was knowledgeable, friendly and a hard worker! He had to dig a deep hole that took the entire day. When he left you would never have known he was there. Best of all everything works fine. If I need future plumbing work done, I will definitely call up Aqua and ask for Bob!

Our heat went out at 9:00 PM. I gave the company a call, and we scheduled an appointment for the next day at 11:00 AM. The service was wonderful, very professional and knowledgeable. They were very patient in answering my 4-year-old's numerous questions as well as many of my own. Additionally, Lee was very receptive toward the some of the observations I had made about what might be wrong, even with my very apparent lack of experience. We had a very good experience with Aqua, and will be recommending them if anyone we know has heating issues.

James and his apprentice Jaime came to install a new toilet and faucet. They arrived in the time frame promised, and they were very professional and polite. Afterwards, they cleaned up the space they worked in, and made sure that I was satisfied with the quality of the installation. I'm very happy with the service. They are very pleasant to work with and they do a terrific job!

James did a terrific job of explaining and executing the work needed to replace old plumbing and connect our new bathroom vanity. When he was done, he made sure everything was cleaned up. He even took the time to give me a quote for another project. It seemed a little pricey at first, but ultimately it seemed reasonable given the expertise and tools needed to do the job right instead of running into bigger issues down the line. I would definitely recommend James and Aqua Plumbing for future projects.

Mohammed was very nice and knowledgeable. He went over everything with me and cleaned up after himself when he was done. He was great! I was a little shocked at the price of service but as a new homeowner I now realize taking care of your home can cost you at times. Well worth the money spent.

Allen, Chris and Tyler were our technicians and they did an excellent job installing our new 2-stage furnace. They arrived on time and wore shoe covers to protect our new carpet and put down protective mats as well for their work area. They finished the project in just a few hours with the installation of the furnace and the humidifier, as well as testing the equipment and instructing us on how to use the new equipment as well as instructing us on the use of the new thermostat. They also did a great job of cleaning up after themselves. We are very happy we chose Perfect Home Services for this job.

Aqua sent Edgar out the same day I called. They made sure to let me know when he was on his way. They price matched a competitor for the service. Edgar made sure the job was done well and updated me as he was working. He also carefully cleaned up (something that other plumbers have failed to do.) He even helped us move a piece of furniture while he was here! James and Edgar were both considerate and personable. I was surprised to see so many good reviews for a big company on Google when I originally searched for a plumber but I can definitely see why now. I would absolutely hire them again.
