Aqua Plumbing Heating and Cooling is amazing! They were able to accomplish plumbing services that another person tried to fix and fail. They were knowledgeable and so friendly. The prices were affordable and no hourly charges. Our plumber Joe was so sweet with my grandma and us and did everything he could to correct the problems. Everything was fixed and working in less than 2 hours. No gimmicks, no extra charges, just phenomenal service. I would use this company anytime needed.

I highly recommend this company. Our heating went out on a freezing cold day (3°F). When we called, April was so nice and sent help our way as soon as possible.
Lee was professional and knowledgeable. The repair needed on my furnace was very laborious. Lee was dedicated. I appreciated that he kept me informed throughout the task and sincere about the possible outcomes. I’m very satisfied with the service.

They were extremely thorough, professional, and above else they cared to do the job right! After he was finished he walked us through what he did and why, and what too look for in the future. He also showed us how the AC wasn't being run as designed and he got the wiring corrected so it would help cool our house faster. Overall extremely impressed and will definitely use again!!!

Carlos was our technician and he was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. We didn't feel pressured into any repairs, though he did find a few things we needed to have addressed. They even threw in a filter for free in our furnace repair, which was very nice. We liked them so much they are coming back in two weeks to do some work we hadn't even intended on doing now but will drastically improve the heat in our basement. I imagine everyone at Aqua Plumbing, Heating & Cooling Services Inc. is as nice, thorough, and hardworking as Carlos. Great company!

I had my first experience with Aqua a few months ago when my hot water heater needed replacement. Unfortunately now it was my furnace, and once again, the team was outstanding. Within 48-hours from my initial call I had a whole new system installed. I felt the price was very reasonable and Lee, Josh and team worked a very long day to get the job done. I also had a great experience in working with the team at their main office are very courteous and responsive. I highly recommend Aqua Plumbing, Heating & Cooling.

Edgar arrived promptly and was courteous and professional. I was impressed that he immediately put on shoe covers and was very respectful of my home. He quickly assessed my hot water heater and it was apparent that a replacement was needed. The installation was efficient and all debris was removed. I did not have to clean anything after he left. He told me that 5 star service was his objective and he would work to provide that level of service. This morning we were thrilled to have hot water again. I will use Aqua Plumbing for my future plumbing needs. 👍

Zach was prompt, courteous, and did a fantastic job on our furnace and a/c tune up. He explained what he was doing every step of the way and took pictures of everything he talked about. Did a very thorough job. He seemed extremely knowledgeable and when we have work done I will be requesting him personally. Great job Zach!

I used Aqua plumbing for the first time today and I had a great experience. Ryan, the plumber that was sent to do the work was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and very efficient. He arrived on time, assess what needed to be done, got to work and finished promptly. I spoke with the owner of Aqua plumbing the day before to set up my appointment, he was a very nice man. The office person who called in the morning to let me know a plumber was on the way was very pleasant as well. Overall it was a great experience to take care of my leaky kitchen sink and all at a good fair price. Thanks Aqua plumbing!

Anthony was excellent!!! He conducted a thorough review of our system and pinpointed our issue and provided many options to resolve it. He did a fantastic job in explaining everything and providing pictures which really illustrated the severity of the issue. We will be asking for him personally for all of our HVAC a needs in the future.

Called after hours, the dispatcher was extremely helpful in contacting a technician to come out.
He kept me up to date on when the tech would arrive.
Once there the tech was very polite and professional.
After some slight problems his boss came out to assist.
I applaud there patience and fortitude on a job that took about4 + hours.
I would and will highly recommend Aqua Plumbing to anyone that needs quality plumbing services.

We hired them for our annual AC and heating system maintenance, and Zach did an amazing job! First off, the whole thing was very thorough. It was also well documented, with lots of photos that were shared with us afterwards. Most important, Zach did a really great job explaining everything to us in a way that was easy to understand. Highly recommend!

Lee did a great job very thoroughly explaining everything he was doing and how my new boiler system worked. I called at 3pm and they came same day at 9pm. Because they're a 24 hour service, they don't provide an estimated appointment time which can lead to some waiting around, but they make up for that mini slight with excellent service and extremely flexible service times. A great find!

Edgar and his partners were fantastic. Very thorough, informative, friendly, and did his best to solve our issue. When the part wasn’t available, he used a quick fix that helped for a week and then was back and repaired quickly! Love Aqua very much and really value their expertise.

I had a problem with the hot water pipe line to dishwasher and to the kitchen faucet. The valve got stuck and the water was dripping behind the dishwasher since the appliance stopped working. I googled and got The Perfect Home Services aka Aqua Plumbing, Heating & Cooling, called them and scheduled the service quickly. I got the service availability within few hours though I never been into the premium membership.
The service person fixed the problem, was super awesome, he had been keeping the smile all time and showed much interest to fix anything you throw at him about the plumbing. He was so friendly and fixed the valves in no time, also he showed certain areas where the future repair might be required, that really helps us to check and decide when to call them again. He indeed explained very detail for all the options he put together. The way he explained was super simple and very easy for us to follow what he is talking about. He also customized the options for us to get the most discounted price for the max repairs. Lastly, I don't have to say I signed up for the VIP program for the benefits and the discounts. Worth the price, Easy to approach, transparent repairs/ services. Definitely Recommended.

Good, honest technicians came by the same day when I was getting an error code on my tankless water heater. They were fair and professional. I ended up solving it before he got here, but I still got to interact with Francisco. He took a look and said it was good; I did everything correctly, and he was on his way. The way he handled himself and the fact that he still took a peek to make sure it was correct is awesome. You don't get customer service like that nowadays anymore. I will recommend Perfect Home Service to others, and when I have a problem I can't solve, I know who to call. Thank you again!
