Reviews of local pros in Niles, Illinois

Great work, thoroughly explained and done very quickly. Definitely my new “go-to” for all future plumbing work.

I had an excellent experience with Olympian and will definitely be an ongoing customer! They took my call immediately and the agent was able to schedule a same-day appointment. I appreciated the text update and real-time tracking to plan for the technician's arrival, and Larry was an absolute pro. He was able to clearly and concisely diagnose the symptoms of my toilet/plumbing, advise on that and other general questions I had, and ultimately resolve my issue. Scheduling and payment were easy and any customer would be lucky to have Larry dispatched! I'm already sharing their info with local friends and highly recommend this company.

Larry came out to help us with our water heater and ease all our concerns. He got it up and running for us with no problems. Professional, efficient, and went over all options with us. Definitely recommend if you have any plumbing or heater issues !

Larry came to fix out gas line that another company put in and installed wrong. He is very friendly, professional and does phenomenal work. We highly recommend him to anyone needing plumbing services. If we could give 5K stars we would!! Thank you Larry!

Olympian plumbing and George our technician performed descaling and regular maintenance on our combi-boiler. He was very knowledgeable and thorough as well as friendly and able to answer all my questions. He cleaned up the area after completing the work and offered to help move things back. Thank you again Olympian for the amazing service - we are still loving the combi-boiler you installed a few years ago for us!

After years of having frequent water pressure issues throughout the house and having to clear sediment out of faucet/shower screens we decided to replace the galvanized pipe in our basement since everything else was already copper to kitchen/bathrooms. I received a few quotes and Olympian was not my cheapest option (although slightly cheaper than larger plumbing companies in the area), but after speaking with Larry about the issues I was hoping to address and that he would be doing the work I decided to move forward with Olympian. Larry came out on the days we agreed on and made sure I was happy with the result. He came back a couple days later to address some concerns I had and make sure to answer any questions I had and generally educate me on my house plumbing overall. After having the galvanized replaced there is much greater flow throughout the house and I was able to turn the hot water heater temperature down 2 notches and it is still hotter in our master shower than it was previously (with much more pressure), which is the furthest hot water run. Larry was very professional and I wouldn't hesitate to work with him in the future. Thanks Larry!
