Sammi was a life saver! We had a pipe burst at our rental and he arrived within 45 minutes to fix it. Priced fairly, worked efficiently. We will call him again in the future for services!

Sam is awesome. After buying a new home I had multiple small plumbing issues come up that needed repair. After getting over quoted by multiple companies I found climatech. San offered a reasonable and fair price for the same work. He was timely with his response and very professional. I'm happy to say my home is now leak free.

I called to get an answer about something, and you can barely even hear the person talking on the phone... it's just a huge turn-off from the beginning before even asking about the services they offer...since I live in the Chicago/Illinois region, I would never consider them for a plumbing service.

We called Climatech based on our friends great experience with them. Sammi came out the same day to quote a tankless water heater. We ran later than we expected at another errand and he graciously waited the extra time. The quote was reasonable and what was even better is that he was able to install the water heater 2 days later. The work was quick and they left job site clean. We will definitely use him again for our plumbing needs.

Sam has over 30 years of expertise in his plumbing work, my father in law has been using him for his house and now we are using him with our building. We are very happy with his work. He has knowledge of old and new buildings. Excellent customer service, he is a nice person. He answers his phone calls. He is available on a short notice and will not sell you extra services. This is a family owned and very approachable.

Sam took on my job with short notice and went the extra step to make sure I got what I wanted in my bathroom shower system. He is a professional and was a recommendation that I am more than happy to recommend to another looking for a great plumber.

I will not recommend this place because initially he reduced the price and showed he was giving me discount, but after coming to my place, he was trying to sell different services and was trying to make money.

He didn't give any warranty and when my drain problem started just after one month of his service, he was trying to make money again.

Called Sat night about repairing leaky pipe from water heater. Guy answered phone right away and came out next morning, on a Sunday & holiday weekend, fixed the issue in an hour and charged reasonable rate. Very happy with the quality service and responsiveness.
