We’ve used Sam 3 times (3 different issues) and he continues to be the best! Each time he’s come out he’s been more than punctual… within an hour and fixes the issue on the spot.

The last time he was out we had a leak in our shower and we couldn’t figure out if it was a caulking issue or a crack in the shower lining. Instead of charging ridiculous prices and tearing up our master bathroom, he called a water restoration company (free of charge) so we could be sure it was an isolated leak due to caulking. He even followed up a few days later and asked if we had a tile repairman or if we wanted him to refer us to one. Turned out to be an easy fix because he went the extra mile to double check.

Sam has always been reasonably priced, on time and efficient. He will always be our first call for plumbing issues!

Sammi and his team did a phenomenal job at our place. We were observing a minor water seepage in the basement which turned out to be a broken soil stack. Good that we were able to catch it in early phase and was able to get it fixed by Sammi’s team. I would highly recommend him.

Was very responsive when my sump pump went out last spring. Got it swapped out within a few hours of me calling. They then inspected the sewer lines to make sure they looked good and noticed they were starting to get backed up into my catch basin and rodded them to prevent bigger problems that were about to occur. Very quick, responsive and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

Great and quick service. Really knows what he's doing. Had bunch of "plumbers" (kids bearly out of high school/trade school) from local Big Business contractors and they were clueless and tried to get me into paying $10k+ to do completely unnecessary work (they lied that their video recording showed my sewer pipes cracked but when I asked for copy of the video, they were unable to produce it). Sam knew exactly what was up and knew all issues within the system without cameras. He asked questions and made statements that nobody but me knew about issues with my system. Without any doubts, Sam is a master plumber in a completely different league. Next time you have an issue sure, you can call "24 hour service" that only has someone on the phone but no plumbers on the clock, or you can call Sam, who's down the street and ready to go at moments notice to help you with your emergency instead of giving you estimate to rip out your finished basement while water continues to pour in. I called Sam yesterday complaining about a partial closure in my main sewer line ! I was surprised and thrilled that he offered to come in for service the next day. I needed a new faucet for my tub. In order to put a new faucet Sami had to bust the wall down in order to install a new faucet. The type of faucet I had was an old fashion copper looking faucet. Not only did Sami install the faucet, but he also installed a new knob to go with the new faucet. Thank you Sami zanayed For the amazing service.

We had a spewing water sump pump in the middle of the night. All the big box plumbing companies who claim to have 24-7 emergency service were either booked through or not answering, one company literally had an AI voice tell me sorry they can't assist until the following day. He answered and came to our house within the hour. Very professional. Came out of his work van in an absolute downpour and replaced our sump pump for a very reasonable price considering the circumstances. I would highly recommend.

Sam was quick to respond from the moment we reached out to him about needing a new hot water heater. Sam and his helper did an excellent job of removing the old 50 gallon tank and installing a new Navien tankless model at a very reasonable price. We appreciated how they were able to fit us in right away and how they came back the next morning to finish up, even though Sam was feeling quite ill. We already have some other plumbing jobs we plan on scheduling with Sam. And he referred us to an excellent electrician who installed a new outlet that was needed for the Navien water heater, also very reasonable. I would highly recommend Sam.
