I don’t often leave reviews, but Superior Rooters absolutely deserves one. I’ve contacted them for three separate jobs: replacing a shower cartridge, replacing the entire house’s cold and hot water pipes, and installing a new tankless water heater. Each time, they were responsive, communicative about their ETA, and provided excellent service at a great value.

When they replaced the whole house’s plumbing, they went the extra mile to ensure I had running water at the end of the day before returning to complete the job the next day. Their team was efficient, professional, and respectful throughout the process.

If you’re in the Chicago western suburbs and need reliable plumbing services, Superior Rooters is the team to call. Highly recommend!

Francisco arrived in the late evening on Monday inspected the plumbing underneath my bathtub he noticed the problems & explained to me how he would correct it gave me an estimate. He returned the next day with his supplies & tools got it all clean professionally hooked up . I will recommend my friends or family with Superior Rooter !

Got help for a broken kitchen faucet. My call was answered right away and I got a service tech scheduled to visit in under 36 hours. Anthony was our technician and he was excellent. Polite and friendly (and funny!) and he was quick, but still took the time to inform us of the specifics of the problem and the solution he was implementing. He replaced our faucet and improved the flow of our hot water. Never hope to have plumbing problems, but when I do, I’ll call superior rooter again.

We were having issues with our plumbing, we called them, they came out quickly, got to work, they are efficient, they are very organized and their customer service is top notch! Highly recommend! Prices are very fair! If you have a problem or concern, please call them! You will not regret it!

I'm a small multi-family residential developer, so I have high expectations whenever I need a home service call.
A friend had plumbing issues last month, and she mentioned how happy she was with Superior Rooter Plumbing. So, when my bathtub got clogged up, I decided to call them.
Jimmy came out to repair my clogged tub. He was friendly and nice enough to throw on a pair of shoe covers to keep my house clean. Most importantly, he did a great job and Superior Rooter's price was more than fair. I highly recommend them!

I am glad you have people like Joseph in your team. I am satisfied with the service and work. Joseph responded to my emergency call on a Sunday night for detection and repair of a gas leak, and next day he had all my gas leaks repaired. I had another company come to my house before them and they sent a guy that wasnt even prepared to do the test but Joseph was great efficient and the pricing seemed reasonable. I needed service on a Sunday following the 4th of the July holiday and was able to get serviced the same day! They actually were able to give me a rough estimate over the phone and was almost spot on but for some challenges encountered, but not overly expensive! Francisco was the tech that came out to perform the service and kept me informed the entire time as I was not on site. Very professional and efficient.

Had a back up on my main line called superior rooter and they had someone come out the same day and my plumber was Anthony he identified the problem main line needed to get rodded and he installed a clean out the estimate was very reasonable and affordable he was polite and very knowledgeable i would definitely be using them again and recommending them to friends and family Anthony was the best!
