Anthony was great! He worked hard to fix our bath/shower handle. We were afraid we'd have to redo the whole tub, which was just not in our budget this year, but he came up with a workable solution for installing the new bath/shower handle that ensured we wouldn't have to do that. I thought the price for the work done was very reasonable.

I had a bad experience. I hired them for a simple drain blockage, but the service was far from satisfactory.

I was charged 400$ , which seemed far too high for the work especially since they didn't solve the issue.
Next day I was able to solve the problem by my self by renting a drain cleaner from the home depot

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company based on this experience. I hope they improve their services

After seeing my review, I was reached out to by the company, and they returned within a couple weeks to fill the hole in the drywall free of charge. I then paid another contractor to repaint the wall and floor.

They got the job done at the price they said they would, and their work passed inspection with the city. However, there were multiple unexplained delays, and they caused thousands of dollars in damages to freshly installed and painted walls that were placed just days before they destroyed them, leaving a huge mess, and all without consulting me.

They were supposed to coordinate installation times with my other contractor who was installing the drywall and painting the wall and floor, and I was assured via phone call that the new walls would not be in the way before they were placed, only to discover the significant damages they did to my newly-painted wall afterwards. A big reason I trusted this company with the work is because they assured me they could get in without damaging the kitchen tiles like another estimate I received from another plumber indicated, so finding $2000+ in completely avoidable damages elsewhere in their wake was certainly disappointing.

If you want the job done right, can stay on top of communicating with them frequently, are able to wait weeks after their initial promised date to start, and can be there to ensure they're not causing any additional damages, go for it.

Jimmy V. visited us the day we moved into our new home. He was extremely helpful in troubleshooting plumbing issues in our basement and teaching us about the complexities of maintaining a well and various filtration systems. I highly recommend Superior Rooter and Jimmy!

Francisco from Superior Rooter was fantastic! He was friendly, professional, and efficient. He replaced our heater and sump pump in under two hours, explained everything clearly, and even assessed other possible plumbing issues to ensure everything was running well once he left. I had plumbing issues last week and it was way bigger than I expected to be. Anthony and Joe came first thing in the morning and did an amazing job! Enrique was very professional and explained what needed to be done along with a price before starting. He cleared the clogs and replaced the leaking sink drain and cleaned up very well afterwards. This will be my go to plumber in the future.

I had an urgent issue as our main sewer line was clogged. Superior CO sent a professional Enrique with few hours even Sunday late hours and he did a great job.

Superior Rooter and Enrique were awesome. I noticed my hot water tank was leaking on a Monday morning and Superior Rooter responded quickly and was able to send Enrique out the same day by 10am. WOW! Enrique was able to assess the situation, explained that I needed a "skinny" hot water tank, who knew. He went to the warehouse and he was back quickly to remove the old and install the new. Once done, he explained that I know have a Bradford White tank, best of the best. Its made in America and parts are usually easy to replace if so needed in the future. He explained how to care for the tank...it should be flushed every 2 years but yearly would be best. He also gave me a tutorial on a hot water tank...I always love to learn. I was very appreciative of the time he took to educate me. He cleaned up and you couldnt even tell work had been done.

As far as price; to be honest I didn't have a chance to comparison shop. The company had a coupon on their site which I mentioned to Enrique but he said the price he provided was better than using the coupon. I did quickly go online to get anidea of what a replacement would cost and they seemed right in the middle, which is all I could ask for.

I would definitely recommend Superior Rooter and Enrique!

Enrique from Superior Rooter was professional, punctual, and took the time to walk me through my options. He attempted to address the pilot light issue on my water heater and explained why the repair would likely be temporary given the age of the unit and the cost of parts.

I appreciated that he presented both repair and replacement options clearly, without pressure, and answered my questions honestly. The replacement quote for a Bradford White unit was straightforward and reasonably priced compared to other estimates I received.

Even though I ultimately decided on the best path forward for my situation, I felt informed and respected throughout the visit. Overall, a good experience with clear communication and professionalism.

Today I had an emergency situation in one of my units. I hired Supervisor rooter to clean my sewer line. The initial phone call was smooth. The technician Enrique arrived within 30 minutes and fixed the problem. He was nice, polite, skilled and also very clean. Their pricing is very reasonable. We have had great experiences with Superior Rooter. The response is very quick, and the service is excellent. Today we had Enrique fix a pin sized hole in one of our pipes. He came out to our house quickly and did good work. We believe the price is very fair as well. We have had them out to our house a few times in the past couple years (they fixed a broken sewer line, and capped a gas line) and would recommend this company.
