I've had the misfortune of dealing with this HVAC company for my mother's commercial building, which was supposed to be a straightforward installation job. Unfortunately, it turned out to be one of the worst experiences I've ever had with any business.

The two new HVAC systems installed by this company broke within days and weeks of being put in place. The person I initially worked with, Jamal, would occasionally return my calls, but his explanations for the issues were unconvincing. He kept blaming power surges, which is unlikely given that our store has never experienced such an issue since it was built over 50 years ago.

I've had other HVAC companies and even an electrician take a look at the problem, and they all disagreed with Jamal's assessment. When I threatened to leave bad reviews and potentially sue him, he stopped responding altogether. It's clear that this company is not interested in making things right.

The problems with the installation go beyond just the malfunctioning units. They also cut copper piping out of industrial space heaters without permission, which has caused significant issues. To make matters worse, there are now multiple leaks in our roof, which appear to be related to the work done by this company. Jamal had promised to patch up any holes left behind, but that hasn't happened.

What's even more suspicious is the sudden influx of new 5-star reviews from what appears to be friends and family or fake accounts. It's clear that these reviews are not genuine, as most of them have never left a review on Google before. Don't be fooled by this company's attempt to improve its online reputation.

My advice to anyone considering hiring this HVAC company is to go elsewhere. There are many other places in the Oak Lawn area with hundreds and thousands of 5-star reviews that actually stand behind their work and provide good customer service.
