This company is hands down the worst experience I've ever had with a home services provider. The "technician" showed up two hours late, and despite being here for most of the day, they couldn't figure out why my AC wasn't working. At least at first, the blower was functional, but by the time they left, it was broken too. I called the office three times, only to be told that a supervisor would get back to me - which never happened. The level of incompetence is staggering.

I had difficulty getting a clear quote for a simple freon recharge, as I was initially quoted an annual membership fee instead. It took multiple conversations before the technician provided the actual cost of the service, which was higher than the membership price I'd already been presented with.
