I get it, fall and winter are busy for heating companies, but that's no excuse for poor communication during emergencies like when my apartment had water leaking through the radiator below mine. They kept telling us to shut off the valve and then said they'd be there the next day, only to not show up. That kind of inattention is unacceptable for emergency situations.
