I am writing to apologize for my recent review. I misrepresented our issue with ac. I do not wish to bad mouth your company. So anyone who had read my previous statement ignore this old lady. Again I do apologize.

Although there were problems with the new thermostat (Dead in Box), a new thermostat was acquired and installed same day. The installation took longer than expected, but the installers were on target with everything. Great job overall!

I used my furnace for the first time last night as it got a bit chilly outside and the next day I had someone over and they said they smelled gas. There was a terrible gas leak from the furnace installation so I had to call the fire department and Nicor to come fix the issue.

The three gentlemen that came to my house name Alexander , George and Thomas did a great job. Great customer service, and I would recommend them to all my friends and family in the future.

We had an issue with allergies bothering my youngest daughter. Northern Comfort Heating Air Conditioning came out installed a whole home ionizers, cleaned our ducts, and went above and beyond when they noticed an issue with our dryer vent. Made the necessary repairs when they didn’t have to. The crew was very professional and informative. We will be recommending them to our friends and neighbors. Great Job! Absolutely awesome service crew arrived on time very respectful and professional made sure to take the extra time and do the job right, fantastic price quote Thomas the owner came out himself to give me a quote for the entire HVAC system that was lower and better quality equipment than just the cooling system that the company I have had for years , I will be using them for service for now on.

We had our air ducts and laundry vent cleaned with Northern Comfort. Adam and George were great! They were both very knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. Our air ducts were filthy, but they completely cleared them out and I’m happy with the result. Overall, I would definitely recommend working with Northern Comfort

My furnace went out last week during the polar vortex. My family was freezing. I called Northern Comfort and they came out same day. Tom was great, he got me financed for a new furnace and A/C no money out of pocket.
