Constraction reviews in Oswego, Illinois

Great company to work with. Wonderful customer service. The end result for the stairs didn’t come out quite the way the design reflected so they came back and corrected it with no hassle. The end product of our paver patio and firepit came out beautiful. The team at Arnes really worked hard and did a wonderful job. Would recommend to friends.

Everyone at Arne’s was great to work with. Sonia and Israel were so patient with us while designing our patio - they made sure we got exactly what we wanted. The installers were extremely efficient and professional, and we could not be happier with our patio.

Arnes created a beautiful Unilock paver patio with cedar pergola for us in June! We are incredibly happy with their work. The team that they sent over worked very hard to complete the project in a timely and professional manner. They did a great job cleaning up our yard, especially when we told them we had a birthday party when the project was about 90% complete. Very nice crew! They spent a great deal of time making sure measurements were correct and the patio was level. They are very very good at their work. They transformed our backyard and we will enjoy it for many years to come!

We are very pleased with the quality and expertise that this company has demonstrated. Arne’s installed an extensive drainage system, along with rebuilding retaining walls and correcting/leveling a substantial size and length of flagstone steps. The drainage system, when completed, exceeded our expectations as did the replacement of retaining walls. Moreover, when the projects were completed to our satisfaction, Arne’s decided to send its team for additional work to complement the existing landscaping, which we feel is a rarity in today’s business climate. We are planning to utilize Arne’s for hardscape renovation/replacement in the coming year and are delighted to have found a company that exhibits a high degree of professionalism and courteousness.

After receiving multiple estimates for a patio paver project I selected Arnes for a number of reasons but the biggest ones were probably the fact that they are Unilock Certified Contractors, were very responsive and professional and had very competitive pricing. I'm very glad I went with them because from start to finish they were great. The work they did was beautiful and completed very quickly and you could always reach someone if you had a question or concern unlike so many contractors I've dealt with. I would use them again in a heartbeat. Very happy.

We recently had a patio installed. We did our homework over a 2 month period. Arne was the first one to meet us and give us suggestions. It's a family run business which I really liked. From the designs to the hard working guys. We had a great experience with the whole process. They completed the job on time and cleaned everyday after themselves. I would highly recommend Arne and I will definitely hire them again for future jobs.

I got connected to Arne's through just searching online and paying attention to companies who had received solid reviews. The team at Arne's did not disappoint. The entire process was easy and in the end they did amazing work! The design that was put together initially was good, but when we asked for changes, those came back to us almost immediately. The crew showed up when they said they were going and executed the design exactly as we had agreed upon. I'll definitely be going back to Arne's for my next landscaping project!!

This is the second time we have used Arne’s Paving to build a paver patio for us. From concept to completion, Sonia and the team were very thorough in all aspects. They took our ideas and helped us design the perfect patio for our space! They started right on time and the finished project we couldn’t be more pleased with! They even cleaned up the job site at the end of every day. We will gladly use Arne’s again in the future and we highly recommend them for your paver patio project!

Had a wonderful experience with Arne's Paving. Did a great design and the work was done great and did not take long. Highly recommend.

Arne's installed a patio for us in November 2019 and it is beautiful. Israel was very patient with us with many design changes and communication from him & Sonia in the office was great. Some of their competitors never even bothered to show up for a confirmed appointment. Once we agreed on a design, we set a date in a about a week and the crew showed up on time each day and worked very hard. We would not hesitate to recommend Arne's!

If you're looking for a company to install brick pavers for any project, look no further. Arne's Paving & Landscape is the way to go. From start to finish the family owned company exceeded our expectations. From coming out to give us the estimate, to working with us on the design, (multiple times to keep us on budget), to the actual construction and execution of the project. 5 stars isn't enough. We love our new walk-way, the patio with fireplace, and the beautiful landscape. Thank you Arne's family.

Sonia feel free to add the pics.

In 2003 or 2004 we had hired a contractor to do our landscaping in Aurora. The guy took our money, left a mess, and never came back. Arne’s was a small shop back then. He came to the rescue. What an amazing job he did and it’s heartwarming to see the massive and stunning projects he does nowadays. He grew for a reason!
22 years later the home sold again by the 3rd owners and Arne’s work was still all there, as gorgeous as ever.

Arne’s did a retaining wall for us as well as beautiful landscaping around our patio! They are extremely professional, honest & very responsive from start to finish of project. They are also responsibly priced compared to other companies around the area who try to rip you off! Highly recommend using them and look forward to working with them again on future landscaping projects.

The team at Arne's did a fantastic job with our new patio. They were always prompt with a response to our (many) questions, they built a design that fit perfectly with what we had in mind, and came in at a great price that was lower than other estimates. We loved working with this team and would absolutely recommend them!

We were referred to Arnie’s to have a composite deck built. They gave us a fair quote and we accepted. Jorge was our project manager. He was very friendly and professional. Saul, Jorge’s brother was the head carpenter. Saul and his assistant were very meticulous and very hard working. We are very pleased with the deck. It turned out better than we could have imagined !

Wonderful experience with Arne’s team. They are very professional and treat the project as their own. I observed many occasions where workers went extra miles to ensure high expectations were met. From financial perspective, they are not the cheapest, but the price they charge is worth the quality seen as well as some value-add labor intensive services. Would definitely recommend.

We couldn’t be happier with our new patio/outdoor living area project that Arne’s built this spring. Israel was wonderful taking our concepts and turning them into fabulous 3D designs for us to review. His ability to convert conceptual ideas into practical and beautiful designs is outstanding. From design to construction everyone involved was great. We could see that they took great pride in their work. The crew cleaned up every day and took special care to limit the impact of the daily work on our property. Everyone at Arne’s Paving exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend Arne’s Paving and Landscape for outdoor projects.

Arne’s team did a fantastic job redoing my patio. The patio was 18 years old and experiencing significant sinkage. Turns out it was not installed properly. So we redid the entire patio with new Unilock pavers. There was also extensive wood rot where the patio meets up against the house due to poor drainage.

Their experience building patios was obvious given their meticulous attention to detail and going above and beyond what was required by the contract. The layering of limestone for drainage and compaction was a significant effort. This was a large job and could not have been a success without the large size of Arne’s team. They also did a great job repairing the wood rot. Additionally, they installed french drains to improve drainage.

The job took about 10 days, their pricing was reasonable and I would recommend them if you want your job done right.

Truly a great family the work is spectacular and professional. Arnes do what they say and if you have any doubt just ask me. Their the best.

We have been working with Sonia and Samuel and couldn’t be more pleased with them and the entire work team. These people are truly high quality professionals who demonstrate their knowledge and expertise in their work. We have had them update our lakeside hardscape. Clearly, it is now better than ever in both quality and appearance. These folks are the best. Forget the rest and don’t miss out on these pro’s. Thank you to the entire team!

Great experience from start to finish. We had some general ideas for our patio and fire pit, and Sonia took them and really made the design amazing. It was great they were able to start on the job so quickly so we could enjoy the fire pit this fall before winter. We plan on having them design and build a gazebo for the patio next year!
