Toby was my sales rep and he did an awesome job putting together a quote for my in laws and myself. Carmody did the siding for a neighbor of mine and they did great work I called to get a quote for my windows. Toby gave great insight to the type of windows I could get. We switched one from a slider to a casement window over my kitchen sink. It looks so clear right into the backyard! I noticed a difference in sound as well as we back to some commercial businesses. I would highly recommend their team!

Side note also had one screen show up ripped and they replaced it within the week!

My husband and I met with 7 companies before contracting with Carmody. John and Mike were very patient with us while making our decision, which took a few months. Our project manager Brad was very responsive to all our questions/requests and he remained in complete communication with us during our project and even after our project completed. Our 40-year-old painted cedar siding was replaced with 5” vinyl siding and we could not be happier. All our windows and doors were also wrapped with vinyl for a maintenance free exterior. Carmody installed a new front door which beautifully transformed the exterior of our house. During our project Carmody detected water damage which required the replacement of two windows. This was unexpected but Brad promptly ordered the windows, and they were installed in less than 2 weeks. Carmody workers were professional, showed up on time, and did a good job cleaning up. We are thrilled with how our house turned out!

Carmody replaced our roof in 2014. We reasonly had a strong windstrom that lifed some of the shingles. We called Carmody and they came the next day and assessed the damage and the shingles were repaired on the spot. Our original salesman Erin and Alex were actually the same people that came back out 11 years later and they fixed the issue for us the same day.

From start to finish Carmody did a great job of communicating and completing the job. It wasn’t a big job, but we appreciate the great work they did on fixing the facia that was damaged in the wind.

Everyone I dealt with from start to finish was professional and courteous, we had a few scheduling delays which were unavoidable but it was finished in one day. And the follow up care was also amazing. So happy I chose the Lighthouse Red siding. Good job Carmody Construction you have a great staff and crew.

I can't say enough good things about Carmody Construction! I met with Mike and John and they were both incredibly helpful from start to finish. We had hail damage and our insurance company initially denied our claim. They did not give up, they fought for us to get a different inspector to come to the house and they met with the inspector to do a thorough review of all the damage they found. Thanks to their persistence, our new roof was approved. They walked us through every step of the process including picking out the new roof color as well as handled everything directly with our insurance provider making the process stress-free. They are professional, knowledgeable and truly on their clients side. Would definitely give them a 10 out of 10! Highly recommend.

Started my search for a replacement for a large picture window with Carmody Construction. From Bernice's help with scheduling to Robert's prompt visit our search for a quality, reasonably price and a lifetime warranty windows ended. Thanks again Robert can't wait for the work to begin.

It all started with Mike and John coming out to look at the roof and present a qoute. Instead of worrying about prices they went to the insurance company who were not going to pay anything. After a few months the insurance company did agree to some money not all but satisfied us . Katrina connected us to start the process and project. Then Steve came in to make sure roof and questions we had were answered. The roof crew was outstanding and everything was cleaned up and put back in place. I give the Carmondy group 5 stars. We had all our windows, patio door, front door and storm door replaced. The quality of the materials and workmanship are outstanding 😊. Everyone we came in contact with was knowledgeable, kind and patient (with all our questions). Tim came out initially to measure and supplied us with a quote very quickly. Brad and Katrina are awesome! They were very helpful and addressed a minor issue with our door hardware promptly. The installers were hard-working and efficient. We would definitely consider Carmody Construction for future projects and highly recommend them!

Needing to replace 27 windows in my house I reached out to several companies for quotes. I am glad Carmody was my last scheduled estimate. Other companies felt rushed to get to the measurements and bottom line price with some making sneaking sales pitches. Kal came into my house, took the time to understand my needs before he ever took out his measuring tape. He worked through my questions discussing my options and answering questions in a way that did not push me towards a product I didn't want for my situation. I appreciate the honesty, professional opinion and straight forward approach of wanting to provide me with the best options and solutions. Top notch work from start to finish. Very accommodating on our inability to decide on a color for the shingles, and the work was done in the promised time frame. No mess, no fuss from the first sales call to the final inspection process once the work was completed. Would recommend them in a heartbeat!

Great follow up, scheduled my roof and got it done in a day and a half then gutters half day more. Really smooth process, very professional, resonable price I would recommend them to anyone. Starting with Sr project consultant Phil Quill, he was very patient and knowledgeable like having a “dad“ at your disposal.
he walked us through options, explained all the steps and provided a written quote within hours of our meeting. When we made changes to our choices - those were incorporated just as quickly. We had three other quotes from other contractors, but they were each either too expensive or lacking knowledge. So we did our homework.

Once our windows / siding delivered we felt like we were their only project! A top priority.
Carmody’s skilled laborers hit the ground running working tirelessly for 5 straight days!
They took care around my interior finishings and even my exterior plantings. They were so mindful that the birds nesting in my hanging pots kept access to their eggs and we now have a brood of 6 baby chicks thriving.

Everything looks excellent, and we are already noticing the sound difference from outside noises and the air conditioning is finally keeping up now that the widows are solid and properly installed and UV coated plus the layer of new insulation under the siding.

Upgrading widows and siding from the 20 year old cheap builder grade is like getting a whole new house!! Imagine having three inch aluminum trim around each window vs a 1” plastic strip. From disposable looking to solid construction in one week. I could go on and on.

Note : When we did noticed a few little issues on some missing caulk and a tiny scratch on a window lock and even just to center our window well cover, they were out immediately to remedy the situation.
I know Carmody will stand behind their work for years to come.
