    New to Illinois, we were pleased with our interactions with Carmody Construction on remodeling our home. The quality of their carpenter's work, Jim, is outstanding and all of their employees are great to work with. Where I feel they could improve their services is providing better project management and clean up services. During most of the project I was having to communicate to multiple people the same information about punch list items that needed to be taken care of and I ended up having to get my own cleaners to come and clean the space before carpet was to be laid. With that said, very minor issues and would recommend them to anyone looking for remodeling.

    I wanted to give a shout out to Phil and Colin at Carmody Construction for a job well done! We recently had our roof, siding and gutters replaced by their awesome and hard-working crews. Initially we were extremely skeptical as they were one of several companies soliciting in our neighborhood. In the past we had a bad experience with a company we referred to as “storm chasers”. Colin & Phil assured us that Carmody was a very reputable family-owned business who would stick by their products and workmanship. Both explained every detail of what to expect and came up with additional ideas that improved the appearance of our home. They kept us in the loop every step of the way which was appreciated. We had a couple of minor hiccups that were addressed and resolved without any hassles. The follow up from start to finish by Colin and Phil was greater than I expected. We are extremely happy with the final product and would not hesitate to recommend them to others. D & T

    Carmody did an install of all new windows, siding and gutters for my house. Quality materials and workmanship. Colin and Phil has been in contact with us every step from sales, to completion and follow up, while one of the owners Brad was on site every day when the work was being done. Very happy and would recommend them for the job.

    I must take my hat off to Carmody, who replaced my roof and skylights. They came out and surveyed my property. Next, they took their time to explain to me in detail what I needed. The roof and skylights were all replaced in one day. Thank you, Phil and Collin, for your professionalism and fantastic service.     Fantastic work! Reasonably priced for roof and garage. Zero hidden costs. Roof done in 2 days and gutters in 1/2 day. Workers were on time and hustling! It rained on day one of tear off but they had the roof covered and thankfully no leaks. Super friendly from the sales guys to the workers! Definitely recommend!
