Steve was great to work with. I asked for a cleaning last minute and luckily he had an opening for me the next day. Very quick to respond and very educated. They worked quickly and explained every step and how it works and why we need it. My carpet looks nice and fluffy again and it smells fresh and clean. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a quality clean.

I couldn't be happier with my cleaned carpet! Steve was able to fit me in the day after I called to inquire about cleaning. They were on time and so great to work with. The price was reasonable and the results were amazing. My carpets look like new!! It was an all-around wonderful experience. I will definitely be using them again in the future!

Excellent service to me is punctuality, price, and communication. They explained their process, treated pet areas, and took their time to complete all carpeted area. They made sure to turn my fans on to assist in the drying process. I highly recommend this team!

I have used S&J in the past. I have my house up for and wanted my carpets cleaned. Scheduling an appointment was very easy and he was able to get to me in a very timely manner. Showed up on time and was very professional.

Steve and his team were very careful while using his equipment, taking extra care and making sure he did a good job. Makes sure that if I needed special spots taken care of he got them. The carpets look amazing, even for carpets that are older.

I absolutely love S&J Carpet Care. I just had them clean my carpets again, after using their services 3 years ago. Steve and Cathy (and their very nice son was with them during this visit) are very professional and thorough...I never have any doubt that they are trying to get every inch of the carpet clean! As one would expect, stairs are a very high traffic area, and they now look great, like they were almost brought back to life! I definitely would highly recommend this company.

Professional and local family owned business. Quick response time. Price was exactly as quoted. Paid close attention to detail and used their time efficiently. Loved them and will be using them again. Carpet looks brand new again (my toddler ran through the middle- hence the tiny footprints).

Communication was easy and efficient...I left voicemail to initiate my service request, exchanged texts over the next two days with Kathy to find a time to chat about my job, then a brief phone call to discuss the job, price, and schedule.

I had a smaller job with an 8'x10' area rug in our family room. I was quoted a price, but Kathy gave me a small break on the quoted price since I was local to Oswego, and I was already on the route for their workday.

The day of the job was fast and efficient. Kathy and Erik were polite, professional, and mindful of being in our home for the duration of the job. I will hire them again as carpet cleaning needs arise.

We used Steve and his son within the last few weeks to clean our carpets before putting our house on the market. They were both very friendly and professional, on time, and did an amazing job! We were under contract within a few days of listing, I think it's partially because the carpets looked so nice and new. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to refresh their carpets!

Excellent customer service! Easy estimate (she looked up my square footage, so no one even had to come over. At the date of service they were very kind, punctual and very thorough. I shopped around and found cheaper prices but, if you want it a great job sometimes you pay a bit more. GREAT JOB!

This family owned small business are a pleasure to deal with. They are super hard working people who will get your carpets like new again.
