We replaced furnace and A/C last year and Ion did a mervlous job in installing both. I had quote from three vendors but I decided to go with Air Pro Heating from Oswego. They gave me fabulous quote that I was surmised is possible becuase of low overhead. Hands down one of the best decisions I made, considering the fact, my old furnace and A/C worked for 29 years!. Very competent installation and paid attention to *every* details.

But that would only part of why I highly, highly recommend this company.

Service, customer service that we all depend on in *later years* is where this company excels!.

Installation was was couple months over an year. Two days ago I needed some information about flame sensor and sent them a message asking about a part number for flame sensor. That was after 8:00 PM and I really didn't expect them to replie that day. Instead....Ana called me right away and spent over 15 minutes querying many things and guided me, so that without spending a dime, I had my furnace up and running.

I waited another full day to write this review just to be sure that they gave me correct solution and not write a review in a hurry.

I highly recommend this company.!

I called to ask about a humidifier for the whole house, his wife gave me all the information and immediately scheduled the appointment. He did a great job, before D-day he came to check and do a perfect job. No complaints, he answered all my questions about the air system. He has earned a loyal customer. Great price, I recommend with complete confidence.

A 10/10 job, very fast, clean and efficient.
