Emanuel and Robbie installed our hybrid HVAC system yesterday. They were professional, courteous, and efficient. After the install they gave us a thorough orientation of the system, helped us set up and understand the new thermostat and did a great job of cleaning up all areas of work.
We hope to enjoying this new system for many years.

Jorge was exactly on time, was extremely professional and performed the work quickly. He showed me exactly what the issue was and explained the work he was going to perform. Cannot recommend Modern Air Solutions more! Called last night at 6PM and had my furnace working by 11AM the next morning, just hours before the first freeze of the season!

I was without heat on a very cold evening. Robbie came and found the problem and made all the necessary repairs. I was very grateful that I would not be without heat all night. Antonio Lopez is very professional, courteous and knowledgeable on his field. He did a very good job in our yearly furnace tune-up. He explains everything thoroughly and what might happen in the future. He doesn't pressure the customer on what to do but explain on what are the options. Antonio is an asset to this company. Good job!

12/10/2025 - Just want to thank the whole team starting from the Sales - Casey to installer Ian, Logan and Jason. They explained to me how my new Carrier Furnace works and how to maintain it. They even helped me figure out what was leaking in my flue pipe and they fixed the issue. Casey is so easy to communicate with and the installers (Ian, Logan and Jason) are so knowledgeable and helpful. Can't wait for my new AC to be installed when the weather gets warm. Highly Recommended this company!

Our service man Tom was fantastic. He is personable and professional. He explained everything and all my questions were answered in terms I could understand.

Had an issue with my humidifier and the furnace was also due for servicing. Logan , the service technician from Modern Air, was professional, friendly, explained everything he was doing and also briefed me on my options. Would gladly hire him again for any future HVAC issues (which i hope i never have :) )

I have nothing but good things to say about this company! They have been my HVAC service provider for a few years now and they really are the best! All of the service men are courteous and professional and always explain in detail what they are doing. They are reliable and super fast with service calls. Jesus installed my new furnace today and he was great! Explained everything he was doing in detail, showed me how to use the new thermostat and all of the features of the new furnace. I highly recommend this company!!

Jorge and the team did a great job handling everything. Very informative and also helped give us an idea on figuring our a humidifier setup. 10/10 recommended.

Logan visited my home today to do my semi-annual maintenance and, unfortunately for him, I pounced with a few questions that had been ruminating for some time concerning VOC’s, particulates and general air purification. Much to his credit, he welcomed my inquiries and took great care to answer/clarify my concerns and misgivings. He was never evasive and was completely forthcoming in discussing the advantages and disadvantages of the different solutions. I specifically wanted something on the supply side ductwork that wouldn’t interfere with my humidifier and the result was he installed a Respicaire OXY 4 whole-home air purifier after he was finished with my preventative maintenance. Now that’s service! Modern Air Solutions has always delivered exemplary service at a fair price without the hard sell and inflated pricing other vendors provide. It’s like having your best friend in the business.

I had an emergency gas leak, that although minor, was a gas leak nonetheless. I was relieved when the office said Tom was coming out because he has provided exemplary service previously. Tom had it all squared away within an hour on a cold blustery day. Tom is always extremely professional and polite and ever aware of his surroundings. These traits coupled with his extreme skill and outgoing friendly personality make him my go-to guy when problems or concerns arise.

I called late at 6:33pm on MLK Jr day, 1/19/26, when I arrived home to find out my furnace wasn't working, and it was 58 degrees in my home! It was a below zero day, and the following days were below zero too. They had a technician come out that night by 7:20pm. Jesus checked my igniter showing it to me and explaining how my furnace worked. He also checked all of the components like the wheel thingy that spins around explaining everything to me. As we got to the condensation trap, it was clogged with 3 bowlfuls of water contained within it. He cleared it out and cleaned out all of the junk in it. It started draining then as it should do when working correctly. It was only $141 to take care of this issue which is a great deal. He checked to make sure my furnace would work properly by shutting it down and letting it reignite so I wouldn't be left without heat the following days. Really wonderful company that was so responsive and compassionate to work with! Jesus is my savior :) Thank you, Jesus, for taking the time to explain everything to me. He was done by 8:15pm, and he had been working since 8am. I'm very grateful to Jesus and Modern Air Solutions for taking care of my issue so quickly. I'm spreading the word to all of our owners in my townhome community to call them with their AC/Heating needs.

Robbie was exceptional! I've not had such a positive experience in working with such a knowledgeable, competent, professional and personable service technician! The service is received was excellent and I highly recommend this company and major kudos to Robbie! So very pleased with my services! Thank you! I also signed up for the annual service maintenance plan which was very reasonable and that in which I was interested.

Modern Air responded quickly when my heating went out. At every step, each member of their company provided detailed information about next steps and when I would be contacted. In my experience they delivered above and beyond my expectations. The service tech, Logan, was professional and focused on the task. I strongly recommend Modern Air for your home HVAC service.

Ion was great! My furnace went out and Ion made arrangements to come out and replace the whole unit and AC in the middle of winter! Just a very professional and excellent job! I will use Ion for all my hvac needs!

Ion did a great job explaining everything. Bad situation when our furnice stopped suddenly in a chilly night ,Ion and his team were very responsive.
The repair was done in less than an hour and the heat was restored at a decent price!I highly recommend Air Pro Heating!

Trust is the most important thing in any service business. I can tell you I trust these guys completely. I have been dealing with them for years now and have referred others to Air Pro Heating & AC.

Awesome experience. We had a broken humidifier and they were out to my house in 2 days. Fixed the control unit in less than 2 hours. Ion provided a few recommendations and thoroughly explained the new unit. Definitely recommend and will be using them for all my HVAC issues moving forward.

A very professional company, efficient and very easy to work with! Really reasonable price as well! We had sort of a difficult situation last week amidst the heat wave since we have a kid in the house. I called in and they communicated effectively what I need to know, came immediately did the estimate, and came up with a plan. On the set date, they installed the entire HVAC unit AC, compressor and Furnace components all in one day. Couldn't ask for a better service. Would recommend them to friends and family!
