We've been customer's of Beery for 25 years when they didn't scoff at servicing a 25-year-old AC unit. But when that unit finally gave up the ghost, they were able to send someone out to give us a quote for replacement HVAC on a Monday, and had a crew out to the house at 7am the next day for installation. The cost was exactly in line with the industry, everyone from scheduling to the workers were friendly, they answered my questions at every step, and overall made the entire experience less anxiety-inducing. I can definitely recommend Beery without a second thought.

Beery installed a mini split system in my office, and shortly after installed a split system for the first and second story of my home. John was awesome to deal with, and his technicians made the process effortless. Great communication, easy scheduling, and world-class customer service.

The systems he recommended satisfied the needs of both my office and home. Much more comfortable in both.

John and Co. come through again in spades! Our ancient and decrepit office A/C finally bit the dust and John came out promptly to do an estimate, procured a reasonably priced unit for us and had it installed in less than half a day! The crew showed up early, worked their butts off, cleaned up after themselves and left our office about twenty degrees cooler than it was in the morning. My whole family, myself included, use Beery, so it only stood to reason we shouldn't hesitate to call them for a commercial application!

There have been multiple issues with our heating system and Advantage came out at least 3 times to “fix” the issue each time making it worse. Recently they came out to remove/replace the piping in our attic. Our furnace ended up failing again as the cold temperatures came through. I had Beery come out to evaluate the issues and we were able to identify multiple problems all stemming from Advantage’s recent visit. There was insulation and PVC shavings in the furnace and obstructing the intake for the furnace. They also knocked off one of my air ducts so I’ve been heating my attic instead of my bedroom. I’ve spoken with several neighbors who had the same issue.

My furnace stopped working over the weekend. A service technician came out promptly and was able to diagnose and fix the issue. I highly recommend Beery for both HVAV and plumbing services.

We needed our water heaters replaced and took a chance on Beery since we hadn't used them before. Really glad we did.
They showed up exactly when they said they would, which already put them ahead of most contractors.
Pricing was fair, no surprise charges, and they explained the warranty in plain English as well as what to look out for in terms of maintenance. If you need HVAC or plumbing work done right the first time, these guys are solid.

I was very happy with everything. My furnace went out, and from the moment I first called, the service was excellent. The technician was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. Unfortunately, I needed to replace my old furnace and air conditioning system, but the entire process was handled with great communication, cleanliness, and timeliness. Robbie did an outstanding job fully rectifying a bird issue we had with our furnace. He also performed annual service of both AC and furnace. He was very informative and thorough explaining everything. For all the work that was done in a last minute emergency spending over 8 hours, the price was very responsible.

Had made a call for an A/C yearly check-up. Tom and Neo came out and I couldn't of been happier. My unit needed some maintenance and it appears to be another job well done! They've diagnosed several issues with our 40-year-old home, helped us replace our ancient AC with a new heat pump, and fixed numerous problems with our old furnace & ventilation. Technicians are helpful & punctual and give us a full breakdown of what they did & what might need doing in the future.

Consistently great customer communications with this company since I bought a gas/heat pump furnace in October, 2024. Today, March 27, was my first scheduled maintenance visit and the technician , Robby, was knowledgeable and professional. He thoughtfully answered my questions and suggested ways to optimize the performance of the system. I’m very satisfied with Modern Air.
