As always Modern Air Solutions exceeded my expectations. Robert was very friendly and was very thorough. He kept me updated and informed as to what he was doing while servicing my heater and humidifier. I highly recommend Modern Air Solutions for your Furnace and Air conditioning needs.I also recommend getting the warranty with your installation as it covers your twice yearly service, filters and for only a small monthly payment. It has come in handy not once but twice.

My first experience was awesome. Fabian was extremely helpful and yet very accommodating. My technician, Robbie was just a downright genuine human being. Very polite, humble, hard worker, very professional and took much pride in his work. I give this company five stars. I recommend everybody to use the serviceand kudos to Robbie.

We’ve been a loyal customer of Modern Air Solutions for several years and, up until recently, had consistently positive experiences with their service. However, our most recent interaction was extremely disappointing.

Following a furnace installation through our home warranty provider, performance issues were identified during a routine maintenance visit by Modern Air Solutions. After multiple follow-ups with the warranty company, they approved us to use the HVAC provider of our choice to diagnose and resolve the issue—at our own expense.

Naturally, we chose Modern Air Solutions and scheduled an appointment, trusting they would evaluate and address the issue. Unfortunately, before the appointment, we received a call from Jennifer Fletcher informing us that she had canceled our appointment. She stated that they were unwilling to assess or fix the problem because we didn’t implement with them or follow their advice in the past. Despite our efforts to clarify that we would be hiring them to implement the recommended fix and paying them directly for the work, she refused to engage and was dismissive, rude, and unprofessional throughout the call.

Due to this experience, we’ve decided to cancel our maintenance service contract with Modern Air Solutions and will not be using their services moving forward. It’s disappointing to see this level of service from the owner of a company we had trusted for years.

I was having issues with a large amount of condensation developing on our flex ducts from our furnace, and moisture was beginning to build up where the duct and ceiling met. I originally called the company that installed our brand new HVAC system a year ago, and they literally had no idea what they were doing or talking about.

Thankfully, I called Modern Air Solutions because of all of their great reviews. It was a great experience through and through. Modern Air was able to send someone out the very next day. Karl was our service technician and he couldn't have been nicer. On top of that, he was extraordinarily knowledgeable and provided us with a very quick and easy fix to get rid of the heavy condensation. Karl didn't try to sell me on anything that I didn't need. He just provided an honest fix with many helpful tips to go along. I will definitely be calling Modern Air Solutions again. I recommend you do too!

Antonio did a excellent job of diagnosing my problem and fixing it. He explained to me what was happening and why I was getting the trouble code I was getting. I will definitely be calling MAS the next time I need HVAC service again.

Had an amazing experience with a new Carrier furnace installation with Manny (Emanual) and team. They were meticulous and detailed and left our house spotless after the install. We have used MAS as our trusted HVAC company for all our HVAC support (including a Carrier AC install a few years ago). Their maintenance plan is a no brainer peace of mind to keep your HVAC systems in top working order and includes full labor warranty to boot on new installs. Highly recommend MAS for your HVAC work.

Manny and the rest of the crew performed their tasks very well and they were careful with taking out the old furnace and bringing in the new one. My wife stated they were the best crew that we ever had working on our house.

Modern Air Solutions performed air duct and dryer duct cleaning in my home. Jason and Manny were awesome. They were friendly, hardworking, thorough, very professional, and explained the process to me so I knew what to expect. The house was kept clean and they made sure to put everything back in place after the job was done. They did an excellent job. They showed me before and after pictures of the ducts and they were so nicely cleaned. I feel very good about that! I highly recommend Modern Air Solutions!

Modern Air Solutions saved us when our old furnace died the day before Thanksgiving. Everyone was a pleasure to work with and now we have a brand-new modern high-efficiency HVAC system.

The technicians were there right on time. Both were highly knowledgeable and courteous. Everything was explained about the new furnace. Every detail was done professionally and the area was left as clean as it was.

Furnace stopped working on Saturday. Logan initially came out to diagnosis the problem and determined a new furnace was needed. Portable heaters were provided to help keep us warm until Monday. Manny and Neo arrived this morning to replace our furnace with a Carrier Furnace, humidifier and Ecobee thermostat. All were very professional and prompt. Everything was all cleaned up and Manny made sure we knew how to properly work all the equipment before they left. Modern Air will be coming back in early spring to replace our air conditioner. We highly recommend them to anyone who needs HVAC work done!

Our house had storm damage that happened around our AC unit. Being that today was 100 degree humidity I needed someone to help diagnose the issue ASAP! Same day service! The tech Ian knew right away what the issue was. Fixed it so quickly!!! Reasonable price. Signed up for their maintenance program. Absolutely contact this company first!!!! They far exceeded my expectations! Definitely give them a chance! I’m a customer for life currently enjoying my AC after days of sweating and having trouble breathing while calling companies that were not interested in or couldn’t help.

Karl rocks. He was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and professional. He arrived as scheduled , fixed my a/c, made sure it was all working and left the place like he had never been there. Highly recommend Modern Air, they were able to schedule me in very quickly, provided a portable a/c unit while I had to wait for a part for the repair, came as soon as they received the part, great service, nice people. Karl is a great technician, knows his job well and a pleasure to work with.

Logan is very knowledgeable, professional, couretous and friendly. This is the second time he's been in my home for furnace and A/C maintenance. He is a swell kid (I can say that because I'm 80). He made me feel confident that my system would be working just fine. He will be back here in the winter months for my furnace.

This technician was a great listener and solved the issue quickly. He went out of the way to find the right parts from his warehouse and fixed the problem right away. I truly appreciate the responsiveness, empathy, and quality of work!

My initial experience felt overpriced — $89 trip fee, $156 just to check refrigerant, $210 per pound of R-410A, and a $250 quote for 30 min leak search — which came across more like a sales pitch than a service call.

Update: After the owner commented on my review, I reached out and they applied a 30% new customer discount to my bill. I appreciate them listening to my concerns and making the adjustment, which is a great gesture.

Logan did an awesome job of getting my furnace up and running. He explained everything and was very professional and knowledgeable. A pleasure to have met him.
