Great place to get whatever you need for you yard and garden. They will deliver mulch and soil by the yard for a decent price and have always been friendly to my family and I. Thanks! 😊👍🥰🌹

I worked with Kirt to landscape the front of my yard. He created a rendering which, with one change, seemed very nice. After a week of no communication and half of the project’s money he came with his men to my house without me knowing. His men DID NOT follow the rendering which included paver stones. They left, and I emailed Magical Gardens to rectify the problem. Kirt, again, said he would come back in a few days...days passed-NOTHING! I finally called him a week later, and he said, “I can’t have my guys come to your house. They’re busy.” I was APPALLED! I told him to forget about it. I wanted nothing more to do with Magical Gardens. I went to pay the the final payment of my invoice, and a woman at the payment counter said that “The dogs are in the back. Just call us with your card.” Are you kidding me?! I asked for Antonio (Libra Brothers-the owner’s son), and she said he was getting coffee. Kirt was hiding and knew that their company messed up. I won’t EVER recommend this business.

First time visitor to the nursery, found the selections a little slim. Although they did have a good section of nice sized evergreens. A little late in the season, so maybe it has been picked over.

The staff was very friendly, they had a variety of beautiful mums and a great selection of pumpkins too. Prices were very reasonable!

Beautiful garden fare! Lovely layout to stroll and imagine how plants might fit into your garden spaces!
Above average prices when compared to home depot, lowes and menards which I would expect. However, they offer NO WARRANTY on plants that they do not install. I purchased 3 healthy plants, the last three of that variety in their garden. Within 15 days one is thrivig while the other two are dying. Unfortunately they did not extend any remedy. I would have loved if they would have offered a discount on a replacement purchase or something.
Great place but please be aware of the policy! -
We bought a very nice large maple tree. it was then delivered several days later with all the leaves showing signs of not being watered and several branches that had no living leaves; the leaves were so dry they were crunchy and turned to dust. We then returned to the nursery with our concerns and were told that the "dad" would have to come look at the tree. A week later we still had not heard from them. I called back and was told again, he would call me back. This time he called back a day and a half later. But his excuse was that we lived too far away from the nursery. We live 12.2 miles from their nursery. Its a 20 minute ride. It was explained that the extra time it takes a truck to travel that apparently is just too much for these trees. We have another nursery we use regularly but it did not have the tree we wanted so we bought from here. our other nursery is 9.9 miles away, but still takes 20+ minutes due to it all being city traffic. I am so disappointed and disgusted. The product delivered is not the product we bought and a 12.2 mile truck ride did not cause the leaves to lose all of their water. We will not be buying any more from here.

Magical Garden has the most welcoming, kind staff and are always willing to help in any way they can. Immediately when I walked in, I was greeted with a smile, and it made me so excited to pick out my favorite flowers!!! I will always continue to give them business!! They’re the BEST!

We've been going here for the past 10 years. Nice selection and nice people. Needs a little upkeep here and there. Plants need to be positioned upright and arranged neatly. Plants should have price tags and growing information. The store needs more lighting and upkeep as well.

This is the only negative review I have ever written. I’d give 0 starts if possible. I was charged $1000 to bury down spouts. Initially Libra charged me $1600. I thought the job involved more work and material than needed when agreeing to the work. Libra told me he would bring 6 guys out and the job would take about 3 hours for his guys. It took 3 guys less than an hour and a half. He also said he was using a corrugated pipe that was smooth on the inside which they didn’t. Libra never came out to inspect the work upon completion. I had another contractor tell me that it wasn’t done correctly. The drain pipe leveled out the last 20 feet and actually went up the last 5 feet. Where the water was suppose to exit wasn’t even buried and was more than 6 inches above the bottom on my fence. I emailed and called several times and Libra hasn’t responded. I also asked for break down of materials and labor so that I could understand what I was paying for, but it was never provided. I actually had to dig up the last 20 feet and fix it myself. It was a very frustrating and disappointing experience that could have been resolved if Libra would have come out and inspected the work upon completion.

Very friendly people. I had a good experience ordering Mulch from them. Their prices are very reasonable too.

We're on our second year as customers, and I plan to have many more in the future. While the site supply of plants and trees may not seem endless, it's more than adequate for the lion's share of landscaping. The owner's family has a separate, but well-integtated landscaping service that can also assist. Any time we have stopped for plants, flowers, or tree advice, the owner (presumably) has always been very helpful and given honest advice and strategies.
I would highly recommend checking out Magical Garden for anyone in the Oswego-area.
