We also used this company for seasonal maintenance. They communicate well and are responsive to our questions. Office staff is friendly and professional over the phone. Maintenance workers who come to our home are patient and nice.

I had to let them go after 3 weeks of cutting my lawn. They always went to fast and missed patches of grass. We have a little tyke house in our yard and they never moved it. After 3 weeks I looked under it and there was a foot of grass underneath. Would not recommend.

John and his company offer excellent services to maintain your property. I know John really cares about his customers and those he has met in his life. I’ve seen Abc Lawn Works step forward to help, when another company was in need without expecting anything in return. John runs a very honest company!! Local too!

I can't say enough about ABC. We have been using for about 3 years. If I ever have a problem, ex. weeds on my parkway, they are quick to come out and rectify the problem. Paying my bills online could not be easier.

I'm sure they will reply to this review with some sort of justification but facts cannot be ignored. There was a lot of miscommunication happening but even what they were supposed to complete they didn't deliver. When confronted about it they didn't acknowledge the fact that the job done wasn't effective. And they didn't want to rectify it by refunding either. Terrible people and a terrible company. Do not waste your money here. Many other companies stand by their work and if not done properly would attempt to rectify it free of charge. The greed and carelessness displayed by this company is atrocious. As they will try to save face by replying to this and trying to undermind or discredit my expirience, move forward with them at your own risk.

Danny was just here a day or two ago and I can already see a big difference in my yard. ABC is just wonderful And reasonable. Danny is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend them I would give them more stars if I could.

The service we have received this season has been less than stellar!

This is what we came home to after ABC was there to "mow"
Whoever you have running the crew in Oswego needs to be re-trained.
You get off the mower if there is obstacles (tree branches and sticks) or GARBAGE, but instead your employee mows over everything in the path.
We mentioned this to the owner once before and nothing has improved.
There is never any trimming done - just a lightening speed pass over the lawn.
We were hopeful that things would improve but we have not seen that happen - too bad!!
ABC had a opportunity to take over all the contracts for the other properties we own, not a chance with the service we received this season.

In today's age you can't use the excuse of having no record because a name doesn't match.

Love being able to coordinate everything quick, easy, and via email/online! Lawn service is always well done and the weed control service is the best! Noticeable difference after just 1 application! Amazing!

ABC Lawnworks, is the BEST around in my opinion. We've tried other lawn care businesses before & they weren't even close. The employees are kind, curtious & professional in what they do. We have had them for several years now. I won't let anyone cut my lawn, other than ABC Lawnworks.

I’m writing this review as I sit on my back patio enjoying a bonfire with my family. This is the first time in 3 years we’ve been able to do this without drenching ourselves in bug spray and lighting every citronella candle we could buy. Which still, we were swatting mosquitos and would have to cut our time short because we couldn’t take it anymore. I want to thank you so much for your services!! It has allowed me and my family to create lifelong memories enjoying our backyard mosquito free!

I started services in March 2022 and have been very happy. The fert/weed service has made my lawn greener and when stubborn weeds, like crabgrass, came in they came out and sprayed again to help take care of it. Great service!

I switched from TruGreen and I’m very happy! ABC LawnWorks offers it all. Their work, professionalism and communication far exceed what I expected. I only wish I would have switched years ago! I could have been receiving high quality work and finally some personal communication! Go with ABC!

ABC Lawnworks does our lawn weekly. They are competitively priced, always on time and do great work. Their customer service is excellent and is always very prompt in answering any questions or concerns I may have.

Definitely well deserved 5 stars. Received great price, workers are amicable and took time to explain aerating after I asked. Did a great job on my lawn and staring service, getting quote, and asking for additional service like aeration was done all online without the need to make appointments or anything else. This is the modern way to do business, and if the results are as good as I’ve experienced then everyone should use this company if they’re lucky enough to have them in their area...
