Servpro of Kendall County arrived at my house within a few hours of me contacting them for a water loss my house suffered. Their workers were extremely professional and quickly removed the wet ceiling and got the drying process started. Great company!!!

Had a flood over Easter weekend. ServPro showed up within an hour of my call, despite having to scare up a crew. They did a professional job and were prompt and courteous. I plan on using them on my next home disaster.😉

They came in a half hour late afternoon on a Friday and moved all the stuff out of furnace room cleaning everything with a special antibacterial spray. They disposed of all things that couldn’t be salvaged in black plastic bags Anna set the bags outside. They took the sewage bags with them. They used another spray to clean it all up and then the huge dryers, an air scrubber and a dehumidifier left there for 4 days. There was no smell or mold anywhere in furnace room the dryers also saved my water heater. Great company and reasonably priced. We could never have cleaned it to be worry free.

Came within an hour of my call. Ryan was exceptional in surveying my watered basement and answering all my questions.

Servpro of Kendal County was the call that we made on the night of our house fire. We had no clue where to even start, we were exhausted and devastated. After we talked to Steve (the owner), the plan started shaping up: someone was coming out that night to cover our roof to protect our home from further damage (it was supposed to be raining next day). These guys worked in the dark and cold on the roof till almost midnight to ensure that we're good. Mitigation team showed up first thing in the morning and these guys really knew what needed to be done as far as taking care of all the fire and water damage. They worked fiercely for days to make sure all is taken care of and handled. Every area they worked on was covered from the rest of the house to prevent any additional dust and debris. Some of the walls and ceiling were unsalvageable, so they had to cut them out completely and same went for the carpet. Everything was done so efficiently, professionally and with a great care to the remaining parts of our home. In a meanwhile we had to figure everything with our insurance and that was a whole another story. We were really grateful to Steve for providing guidance through this extremely painful process and being so ever patient as we were so hopelessly dependent on the mercy of the insurance and later our mortgage company. Also, since we had to get through all the winter months with no insulation in the attic, they were so kinds to provide us with this industrial heater, that kept us warm though it all. Cleaning crew did a wonderful job taking care of all the aftermath of this disaster.
The real magic happened once re-build team showed up and started working on piecing our home back together. The work quality was outstanding! Everything was done with such care and precision, such attention to the details. Everyone was so respectful to us and our home, I couldn't ask for better people to work on our home. They had such a disadvantage too as we decided to live at home during all the repairs: so, to accommodate our home comfort, they would remove all of the covers, remove the tools and put everything just as it was only to come back in the morning and start it all over again. Thanks to them I honestly have to say our home looks better than before!
Thanks to all these hardworking dedicated people, our house became our home again. We are so very grateful, and we would recommend Servpro of Kendal County to anyone in need.

We recently had a brand new sump pump malfunction, which caused major flooding in our finished basement. It was an incredibly stressful situation, but Steve and his amazing team at Servpro made the entire process feel seamless.

They were at our home within two hours of our initial call, ready to get to work. From start to finish, they’ve been professional, kind, and incredibly respectful. They treated all of our belongings with the utmost care and took the time to walk us through each step, which was a huge comfort during such a chaotic time.

This review is perhaps long overdue, but I need to give a shout out to Steve Pearson of Servpro Kendall County who's team boarded up our house, July 2021, after a late night fire destroyed everything. It was Steve who contacted us and came back out the next morning to make recommendations, answer questions, and help us decide our next moves to recovery. Steve was also a great resource for the weeks that followed while we were still trying to cope with our loss. Most importantly, It was Steve who recommended a great company & contractor to take on a complete site cleanup and home rebuild. After a torrential rainfall flooded my basement this past weekend, I left a message for Servpro and got an immediate call back from them. The owner, Steve Pearson, called me himself and walked me through the whole process of drying out my basement from start to finish. After speaking to him, I felt more at ease and I knew I was going to get the help I needed quickly. Servpro arrived on time, and immediately got to work with professionalism and care. The crew was respectful, efficient, and clearly knew exactly what needed to be done. They worked quickly and diligently to get the water out and start the drying process, and I felt reassured every step of the way. The crew was patient with me and answered all my questions. I’m truly thankful for their outstanding service and would highly recommend them to anyone in need. I honestly couldn’t be more grateful for the service I received from Steve and his Servpro crew.

Servpro of Kendall County are excellent and professional. My garage burned down and they sent a crew out to help me get photos of my car and items for the insurance company. They cleaned up and demolished the old garage and built a brand new one. I am very happy with the service provided. They answered all my questions. Have went above and beyond to make sure I am happy.

Servepro has been nothing but phenomenal during our catastrophic event that occurred at my animal hospital. We can’t recommend them enough. From quick responses to wonderful communication to very thorough clean up. They’ve been incredible!

I can't say enough good things about this service. We had a sump pump and battery backup system installed 13 years ago and unfortunately it all failed at one time. After a not so bad rainfall, I had about 2 in of water in my basement, because of said failure. Servpro came out within 2 hours of a phone call, spent about 7 hours here completely draining the water, removing the trim, drilling holes in the drywall, and let 20 fans completely dry out my basement over 3 days. Thank you to Bob and Romero for all your hard work! I highly recommend this service, very professional and very friendly!

Very knowledgeable, very good at what they do. Fast and caring! Crew was amazing. Moved everything out, pulled up my flooring, got all air movers going and game me peace of mind. Very good at communicating! Walked me through everything.

Excellent service and a reasonable price for a 3-day project of power washing, sanding and sealing my patio. Owner and son even came out a 4th day (at no extra charge) because a rain storm required that part of the job be done over again. Now that's service!
My only suggestion is that if the job has to be canceled, customer should be officially notified as soon as possible. My patio was was scheduled to be 'sealed' on a Sunday (Chris' suggestion) but a rainstorm.made that impossible. I had no word from Chris or the office on Sun. On Mon job was rescheduled for Wed, at which time washing /sanding had to have brief 'redo)' due to storm damage. Sealing was then rescheduled for Thurs.
So 3 day job turned into a week-)ong job, but weather was the culprit -- not the fault of Extreme Clean. And I was very happy because they did not charge us any extra $$ for having to come out for a fourth day.
But other thanthat, I am very satisfied. Patio now looks even better than when it was brand new!

I had Exstream clean out to clean the stucco on my house. I was concerned that traditional power-washing could cause damage. They washed the whole house for a reasonable price. I was thrilled with the result. In fact, I had them back to do all of my concrete. I can’t say enough about how highly I recommend this business. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Our 90+ year old home was having a serious algae problem. Chris was able to restore the exterior to like-new condition. Informative, friendly service throughout.
