We had RJ Kuhn come out to rebuild the inner workings of our system that connects to our yard hydrant. They changed out all the piping, valves, pressure tank, and yard hydrant itself. Before they even started working, they went through the details of how they would do the installation and also cleaned out the whole area where they would be working before they even started. The estimate was solid and reasonable and in the end, they adjusted it down slightly for finishing early. They were professional the entire time. We spoke with Donna and Ruby in the office and they were both very helpful. Rob and Eric are the ones who came out to perform the work--same thing--helpful, considerate, professional. My husband and I were both very pleased. After the work was completed, Eric walked me through the whole system and made sure I didn't have any additional questions. I would definitely recommend RJ Kuhn again. It was a project that was hanging over our heads for a long time, and I'm glad we finally called to get a quote and I'm so glad we went forward with it.

I highly recommend RJ Kuhn. We had a water backup that flooded into our basement due to roots in our pipe. Leo came that very day worked until he was able to clear the pipe. He was excellent. Upbeat always making us comfortable on a stressful day.

If you’re looking for a plumbing company that pipes up when you need them most, RJ Kuhn is it. These folks are the MVPs of the plumbing world — and not just because they know their way around a wrench. They saved me 10 years ago when my water heater went out on New Year’s Day (talk about starting the year off with a splash). Todd was the hero then, and I was thrilled to request him again for this latest water heater replacement.

Todd is the kind of guy you want on the job — knowledgeable, efficient, and with a sense of humor drier than my basement after he’s done working. My new water heater was so fresh, it still had that “just manufactured” smell (only 3 weeks old!). RJ Kuhn doesn’t just install water heaters — they install peace of mind and a few well-timed plumbing puns.

As a bonus, Todd also fixed a wonky toilet handle and showed me how to do it myself next time. (I now consider myself a Level 1 Toilet Handle Wizard thanks to him.)

If RJ Kuhn had a slogan, it should be: “RJ Kuhn — We don’t Kuhn around!” Or maybe: “We bring the HEAT...er.” Either way, they’re the real deal.

I had a terrific experience with RJ Kuhn Plumbing and heating. I am in the construction consulting business And can say that they did a terrific job of explaining certain areas that needed attention on a fairly new furnace, And humidifier, we noticed a difference almost immediately. Once the repairs were completed. They also worked on my plumbing as well and made suggestions that were economical but improved how my system worked. I would highly recommend them.! Very honest and Kept me informed on the project as it was ongoing for several days.

Eric came to our house to fix the plumbing problems in our laundry room and he did an outstanding job. He is exceptionally skilled at his job: he diagnosed the issue quickly, explained why the problem occurred, and he also answered all of our questions.

I’ve used RJ Kuhn a handful of times, and they have always been reliable, courteous, timely, reasonably priced, and knowledgeable. We’ve called them for furnace/A/C repairs and tune-ups, as well as plumbing issues.

This past Friday, with a windchill of -35°F, we ran into a problem at a rental property while replacing a toilet. We called RJ Kuhn, and within an hour they were on site. They fixed the issue, moved things around, and completely reran a new line so we could install a toilet that wouldn’t fit with the existing conditions.

These guys are great! We had a sewer backup at our house on Saturday morning, gave them a call, and their on-call tech, Eric, was able to come out later that afternoon. He quickly cleared the blockage and then ran a camera through the pipe to make sure everything looked good. Fast, professional, and thorough—highly recommend!

Robbie did an outstanding job fully rectifying a bird issue we had with our furnace. He also performed annual service of both AC and furnace. He was very informative and thorough explaining everything. For all the work that was done in a last minute emergency spending over 8 hours, the price was very responsible.
