Bright Space Cleaning was wonderful to work with. I reached out to multiple cleaning companies for estimates and Bright Space Cleaning won me over with their quick and professional responses to my inquiries, amazing communication when I had any questions or concerns, and their personalized approach for the cleaning needs I had. They took the time to understand my needs for the cleaning of my condo and provided me with an immediate quote. I like that they provide cleaning services with a flat fee instead of hourly rates. All of my communication took place with one point of contact, Toni, who was absolutely amazing to work with! The communication was probably the best I’ve experienced with any professional company. I received helpful reminders for the upcoming service that was booked. Halina arrived on time and listened to any requests/concerns that were had for what was desired for the cleaning. Halina single-handedly tackled all the cleaning herself with the utmost professionalism. It was evident that the company and Halina take pride in doing a job well done! Payment processing was also handled with ease and simplicity. I even received a thank you email the following day after the cleaning services were completed. I felt cared for and valued as a customer. After the cleaning was complete, upon further inspection, there were some areas of my condo that were observed to still be dusty/dirty. However, after discussing it with Toni, she was kind enough to send Halina back to fix the outstanding areas of concern for which was very much appreciated. Thank you to Toni and to Halina.

Excellent service, reasonable pricing, everything in my condo was sparkling when I came home, everything was waxed and dusted. I will definitely recommend.
