Nick is such an awesome guy. He did a great job and installed nice quality flooring and did a fantastic job and came in at a lower price than everyone else. My girlfriend and I wanted to create a gym in our basement but didn’t have the time or expertise to do it ourselves. Nick came and tore all the carpet out and laid down some pvc plank and it turned out perfectly. It looks like a high end professional gym now and is much more functional. He also helped us pick out the best material and find a style we liked. He’s the best for flooring!
Nick and Chicago flooring did a fantastic job installing our kitchen floor. They were very meticulous and efficient and their prices are very reasonable. The floor was installed efficiently and cleanly in the final product looked amazing. I would highly recommend Chicago flooring.
We had a really bad experience with Luna. Nick showed up when he said he would, was quick to provide a quote after doing the measurements, and wasn't pushy or salesy at all. The team came out and got the work done so quickly and efficiently, we were blown away! We had a minor issue, but Nick was so quick to respond and help us get it fixed, it wasn't even a problem. We want to get carpet removed from our stairs and will definitely be using Chicago Flooring Installations for it! Highly recommended them to anyone looking for a company for their next flooring project!
I had a great consultation on a flooring installation. They were timely, communicative, insightful, had good ideas, and were generally knowledgeable. Unfortunately, I did not receive a quote after my consultation. Since it was the holidays, I allowed for several weeks to pass. I followed up via phone multiple times, along with text. Each time, someone responded and assured me that a quote was on its way. I still don't have a quote and unfortunately will need to look to other installation companies because this was a time-sensitive project.
We recently had Nick and his team complete a flooring project in our home. We are extremely happy with the quality of work and attention to detail. The work exceeded our expectations. His guys were incredibly efficient, clean and friendly. They did such a great job that we decided to expand our project sooner than expected. They'll be back in the next few weeks to work on another part of the house!
