I highly highly recommend Your Bright Home. They do a fantastic cleaning job and are, in addition, efficient, polite, flexible and reasonably priced!

Unreliable and don’t stand behind their workers. Spent 1 3/4 hours and only did 2 bathrooms and did a horrible job. Bathrooms didn’t look any cleaner than when she came. Blinds weren’t dusted, shower walls weren’t cleaned, floors weren’t done except in middle, not behind toilet. Worker left and couldn’t finish and rather than office sending someone out to do a better job, they insisted I had to pay for 2 hours and they’d try to send someone else out in the next couple weeks. I called and complained about the horrible job even for the 1 3/4 hours they were here and they never called back and never offered my money back. Don’t use this service unless you have money to throw away!!

I have used cleaning services from other providers and have never seen such poor work. Bright home cleaners did not clean the house at all. Just don't waste your money. You can clean your house better than them with just disinfectant and paper towel. I specifically mention these 2 things as they used the same to clean my house. Never ever using their services again!

I so appreciate this cleaning service. I can txt any instructions directly to the owner and they will be done. If they finish early they find extras to do like clean the underside or f my oven fan or organize my cabinet. They have helped me out with last minute needs, BUT most of all the kindness they show our son with autism is amazing. They go out of their way to work around him. I count myself lucky to have them as my on going cleaning service for many years now.
