I have been a long time customer of TruGreen but wanted to take the time to write a great review since I have been quite satisfied for years. What I have always liked is that if weeds popped up in between applications, I would call and they would always come out and take care of the problem. Recently, when the technician came out to spray for weeds, he over sprayed in spots and damaged some of the grass. I called and talked with Chris A. (supervisor) and he immediately came out to look at the problem. He took care of the issue to my satisfaction and was a wealth of information moving forward about lawn care. I highly recommend this service! You will not be disappointed!!

Ive been hearing about Trugreen for years and am now a customer for two years. Boy, do they live up to the hype. I have the best lawn on my block thanks to my lawn care specialist, John C. On today’s report he commented, “I removed all the toys from the grass before treating”. BIG THANK YOU for caring about my kids. Its caring like this that will keep me a customer for life.

The lack of communication skills between Trugreen is unbelievable. Don't waste your money. They will say again and again they will annotate things in their notes, but the notes will never be read, and you'll end up calling back again and again. Finally branch manager Gregory Harless, Park Ridge reached out and said they could have just contacted him with this issue, this was about 20 phone calls later with "annotated notes." After discussing they would come back to retreat lawn, they came on a day that says on the notes not to do (Mondays, because that is when our lawn is mowed). He scheduled for them to come back and re treat the lawn with weed prevention, they came back and did a grub treatment. Like I seriously can not make this up, after trying to contact Gregory in regards to their lack of communication, and why was a grub treatment even done, I never heard back from him. No communication, a brown lawn, that's all you'll get from these guys and then if they reach out, they leave no contact info in regards to how to get back to the person kind of ironic and hence my point with no communication.

Their response to my current review "Our team has reached out and left a message to help reach a resolution." They did not reach out to have a resolution.. the only reason they reached out was to confirm the cancellation to my account after I had called to cancel it because I had enough of this company.. in no way did they reach out in regards to trying to resolve this issue, I reached out to cancel my account, and they called back to confirm that, period.

Bought a house. I guess prev owner had some contract with them. Called the office to remove service and put me in do not disturb list. Lady on a phone sounded like she did not care.

Two weeks later they keep coming to my property without permission. Inviting themselves through closed gates etc ..

Service was great The Tech listen to my concerns and explained the game plan. My Grass after 2 applications showing major signs of improvement.

The techs were great! They aerated and seeded my front lawn beautifully. Loved it!

Customer service (Madison) is very rude. Refused to give corporate # so that I could contact regarding my refund. Told me the supervisor (Shanna or Shonny) instructed ger not to give me the # because I had already called. I spoke to her on 5/10/23 regarding my refund and she disputed everything I conveyed to her from my previous calls about the refund. Told me she was going to speak with AP and call me back, but she never did. Apparently, there is a lack of communication within, because on my initial call I was told the refund was sent to the card I used at the time. However, the card was inactivated due to loss. I would not utilize their service again, or recommend it, even after receiving the refund. The way I was treated was upsetting and the weed service was ineffective. Also, they call you back to retain you and try to set you up by telling you your due for another service. When I declined he told me, "just want to let you know you have a free treatment service." Had I went for the lie, I would have received a charge. The are so thirsty and deceitful. The whole experience has left a bad taste in my mouth. Don't trust them!

A I am very pleased w/the service, certainly the office people & the truck driver sprayer-all have very helpful/patient w/me. I think the application is working-that’s only e will b my second one. I also like the notices about when he will b here, what day & window of time, then the communication the day of service. TruGreen is truly customer friendly& considerate. Thank u

I am very happy with the service provided by TruGreen lawn care. From the moment I contacted them, their professionalism and expertise were evident. Just by talking to them you can tell they are knowledgeable and dedicated to making my yard look its best. They were punctual, thorough, and genuinely cared about the health of my lawn. After just a few treatments, I noticed a significant improvement in the overall appearance of my grass. The results were beyond my expectations! I was unsure if the money spent was worth it but I am convinced it was now.

Tru Green service is dependable, the lawn technician is friendly and punctual. and y lawn looks great.
