2nd year of using truegreen. My weeds are much less than before but my lawn is brown in so many big areas. Calling customer service sends me routed to a call center. Getting frustarated I might cancel my service

Poor customer service. Seeded with no result and complete ignorance from the company. Take a look at the pictures below and judge yourself.

Our service technician, John, is always very thorough. On those occasions when I’m home, he will explain what he’s doing and make recommendations to get the most out of the applications. Thanks to TruGreen, people walking by always tell me our lawn is the best looking one in the neighborhood! It’s a great feeling!

Today I had questions about how to plant some grass in an area where the city cut down a tree. My Trucare service man gave me some great tips. I am very happy with the quality of my lawn this year. It is so much thicker and they totally got rid of the creeping Charlie on my lawn.

I used them for irrigation repair and maintenance and they charged me three times what they said when they came to inspect. When I brought it to their attention I was ignored or had someone unbelievably rude after the fifth time I called. THEY ARE NOT WORTH IT.

I’ve been using these guys since 2009 every year I complain it’s always an excuse. First I need to sprinkler system 5k later more excuses.

This year I didn’t want to renew and the guy told me he’s been with the company for 20 years and he going to personally oversee my service.

After I agreed and resigned I called to tell him my grass looks horrible. They guy told me your all good. Keep up the good work. I felt suckered into resigning with them. He could have cared less once he got my money.

The one season my grass looked great is when I hired another company.

Save your time and money. Don’t use them
