WORST EXPERIENCE EVER WITH ANYONE HIRED OFF GOOGLE.OR THUMBTACK.

GIEL CAME IN TOTALLY UNPREPARED, TOTALLY FLUSTERED. CLEARLY OVERWHELMED AND NOT READY FOE WORK FOR MONDAY MORNING.

SHE HAD A SMALL PAIL WITH GLOVES (1) SPONGE AND NO VACUUM OR CLEANING SOLUTIONS. NO IDEA HOW SHE PLANNED TO DO THE WORK.

THE SECOND SHE CAME IN SHE COULDNT SPEAK A WORD OF ENGLIAH SO SHE TYPED TO.ME THAT SHE COULDNT DO IT, THAT IT WAS TOO MUCH WORK.

I SIMPLY SAID FAIR ENOUGH, PLEASE CALL YOUR BOSS AND HAVE THEM SEND MORE HELP.

I WAS TOLD THAT THERE WAS NO MORE HELP AND I COULD CANCEL OR THEY COULD COME BACK LARER IN THE WEEK SOMETIME AFTERNOON.

I TRIED TO EXPLAIN I NEEDED IT TO HAPPEN AS I HAD MANY GUESTS ARRIVING ANF IT WAS TOO LATE. SHE DID NOT CARE. SHE WALKWD OUT AS I ASKED POLITLEY "WHAT DO I DO?"

SHE SHRUGGED HER SHOULDERS AND GOT BACK IN HER CAR.

LATER I COMPLAINED TO THUMBTACK AND THR OWNER TRIED TO SAY I INTIMIDATED HER AND AHE FELT THREATENED BY MY DOGS. THE DOGS WERE IN THE BASEMENT, IN THEIR KENNEL, BEHIND A LOCKED STEEL DOOR. SHE NEVER SAW THE DOGS JUSY THE DOG HAIR. THIS IS HOW I KNEW THIS WAS A LIE.

WHEN I THREATENED TO GIVE HER A BAD REVIEW SHE TRIED TO GO TO THUMBTACK TO ATTMEPT TO GET ME INTO TROUBLE.

NEVER WORK WITH THIS COMPANY AND ID YOU GET STUCK WITH THEM LOOK OUT FOR THIS CLEANER.

Timely, great communication about scheduling, affordable, and she follows up. We have used her for a regular cleaning at our house, and she makes the place feel tidy, clean, and she is easy to work with!
