Elvis (our tech)is amazing! He gives a ton of info and really knows his stuff! Tru-Green has helped my grass so much. I can finally be proud of the outside of my home.

I have been a customer of TruGreen, Park Ridge Office, for years and my grass has been thick and beautiful. I received many compliments and have been asked how I keep it so nice. I finally had issues with my grass. TruGreen never walked away and worked to getting my grass back. It is nice to have a company to work with you when things go good and bad. A special thanks to Chris for his professionalism, knowledge and constant follow-up. I would recommend TruGreen to anyone who is looking for an honest, professional company who gets you the results you are looking for.

Gregory was so awesome today. He gave me some great insight on the weeds that were growing in my yard too. Please give him a pat on the back for his excellent customer service!

I absoluttely do not recommend it. they don"t know what they,re doing the burned all thevegetalles and plants for the second year. in a row. I willattach photos. they have people who are not trained at all. A year ago when he damaged my plants i was supposation to get compensation-l didn,t get anything from them I had to bay all the plants again whit my own mony. This time it will probably by the same. I RECOMMEND EVERYONE WHO USES THIS SERVICE TO STOP USING I. You write to contact you, it doesn,t help at all, I sent you a video downloaded from my home camera youcan see your employee sprinkling the plants in a strong wind then everything withers and you say it,s not your fault.

Not sure what has happened at this branch, but their service and quality have gone way down hill. I've used Trugreen's service since 2010. My first treatment this year consisted of the serviceman being at my property for 3 minutes, barely enough time to treat my front yard - both my wife and I were working from home and can confirm he did not step foot in our back yard or treat our side yards. After a few phone calls and threatening to cancel my account, they finally come back nearly a month later to perform the 1st treatment. According to the CS specialist, they were schedule a week later to apply the 2nd fertilizer treatment. 2 days after, the serviceman shows up and states he can't apply the 2nd treatment as it was too close to to initial treatment. I asked where the breakdown in communication was and he shrugged it off. The serviceman states he will be back in a week to apply the 2nd treatment. Well, that was 3 weeks ago and nobody has been back. Needless to say, I have canceled my account.

Curtis is very thorough and pleasant when he comes to service our property. Always happy to see him!

2 treatments so far and our lawn is showing improvement. Less weeds and more green. Communication is efficient and everyone is thorough and professional. Very satisfied so far

First time using True Green after I burned my grass using round up to kill my weeds, they are doing an amazing job! My weeds are almost gone and the grass is looking better.

Tremendous service I had a issue and within 3 days it was resolved. The two guys they sent out were very polite and explained what they had to do.

Michael was wonderful. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain to me why I needed Tree and shrub treatment. He did a very thorough job and I would certainly like to have him to complete my remaining treatments.

New customer: I'm pleased with today's service. Aeration and overseeding was done in a professional manner.

We tried them last year and we still had tons of weeds. We would call and were told to wait days for it to work or wait for the next service. They never ever came back out. So this year we did NOT sign up and they emailed service was starting. We immediately told them we did not sign up. They charged my credit card! And ignored my multiple emails until after the service. Now they refunded just 50%, huh???? Seriously Horrible customer service which I do not understand at all.

Why can’t you guys just take care of your customer!!!

These guys were amazing! They came out and took down two huge trees in my backyard—very reasonable pricing as well. Super friendly, fast, and they cleaned everything up like they were never even there. Can’t believe how easy they made the whole process. If you get the chance to work with them, do it—you won’t regret it!

TruGreen (when engaged via a local office, not 1-800 or online) has been doing a fantastic job with our lawn. We’ve already been seeing some nice improvement in color, lushness and reduction in weeds. We get the mosquito control also which has drastically reduced the incidence of mosquitos on our property. Very happy with our TruGreen experience

So the first pic is from last year around June… my dad was fertilizing himself before, and didn’t take into account we moved from a 3/4 acre lot to just about a 2500 square foot lot… well he torched the lawn. So we replaced it, and I got him TG service so he wouldn’t make that same mistake. Plus it makes his life easier; and we don’t have a single weed other than the few that pop up during awful conditions, but TG always gets rid of them quickly. Second picture is today! Greenest lawn on the block, and it takes minimal effort on our part to keep it this way. 1/2 inch of watering per week, and cutting no more than 1/3 of the grass blade height for mowing. It’s not that hard to do. Just do what the technician tells you to do 😉

I went about two years without using True Green and I paid my lawn people. It wasn’t worth the savings. I decided to go BACK to True Green and that was the best decision. The weeds were gone almost instantly.

I been with trugreen for a year and there are some type of weeds they can’t get rid of. Crab grass is also an issue.

Unfortunately I was sold a bill of false hopes and reams.

The gave them a 2 star because my lawn does look great but all the other services were horrible. I did the mosquito and pest barrier and customer service from local branch is non existent. They answered every call and text message up to the point I paid. After that, they ghosted me. At one point they said they service around the pond in my yard (on their official summary), I don’t have a pond or anything that could be considered l, not even a bird bath.

I have tons of mosquitos and ants in my kitchen which I was told wouldn’t happen. Curious as to why and verified the technicians pull up, do a short spray across the front of my house and left.

So brazen they did it while we were in the yard watching!

I’ve reached out to the local branch (Park ridge, IL) sales rep multiples times over the span of a few weeks/month. I text, I call and no response.

It took 5 calls to cancel with corporate before I got a confirmation number.

For peace of mind I’d go with someone else. For these services.

Newer homeowner here and I called Tru Green to set up aeration and seeding and a few other services. Kenny Roberts (branch 5186) was very knowledgeable and helpful over the phone and got everything set up for me. Excellent, excellent customer service.

Update: Had to cancel my services with Carmen on the phone was excellent and very understanding.

Curtis always does a nice job. We consistently have a productive conversation about our outdoor area and his recommendations. He is an excellent TruGreen employee and cares a lot about his work.
