Exceptional service. I found out that the leaning utility pole on my property in Chicago did not belong to ComEd and that it was my responsibility to replace. After the shock subsided I called Jim Cowan of Cowan Electric. He was highly responsive and professional. One week later my leaning pole was removed and the new utility pole has been set.

I would not recommend this company for anything. I would have to say this is probably the most unprofessional company out there. They have horrible morals, and everything else. Also, the two other reviews are fake.

I have hired Jim for multiple jobs during the last 7 years. Cowen Electric has been incredible. They have always made room in their schedule for us and have been helpful in suggesting solutions to problems. They are very knowledgeable and have been doing this for longer than I've been alive. Pricing has been very fair. I would recommend Cowen to anyone!
