River Oak Cabinetry & Design exceeded our expectations. Erica and her skilled professional tradesmen gave us a master bath and basement that we always dreamt of. From floor design, woodwork, carpentry, drywall, plumbing, electrician, tiler, painter to Chris, my fun, professional and honest designer were all wonderful. We have a special needs daughter and they were considerate to my family's daily schedule and Erica always gave us ample time to schedule the next appointment. Thank you for completing this large project on a timely basis. We truly appreciate it.

In April of 2024 we hired this company to remodel our entire main floor consisting of 3br 1bath, kitchen, and living room to bring our tired living space back to life. This house has not been remodeled in many years and their ideas with both functionality such as moving a door and kitchen sink and design were exactly what we had in mind! Our renovation was no easy task by any means as with many renovations there’s a lot of unknown hurdles to overcome, for us it was electrical and plumbing and much more, but Erica and her team did a phenomenal job at putting us at ease with their professionalism, great prompt communication and amazing skill of craftsmanship. In actuality, we have so much trust in them we ended up hiring them for more than we originally did, as our project manager Erica was connected with many skilled contractors with nothing but results. You cannot go wrong hiring this company as they stand by their work and have definitely earned their stars.

All these photos are from after the work was done and we are still in shock that THIS is our house compared to what it was before. So very grateful for this company and their team. Highly recommend!

Professional and efficient staff delivered on time at a great price, but it was their staffs level of customer service that earned them 5 stars. Each person, from quotes, scheduling to the installation went way above and beyond which is rare these days. I highly recommend Hudson Insulation Solutions!

Owner is a A-hole

We used Cannavino Construction for our addition on the back of our house. We added a hottub room off the master along with a walk out balcony. On the 1st floor, we added a sunroom and deck with stone patio off of it. Rich kept in close contact the whole project and everything got done faster than I expected (which I think is incredible considering all the moving pieces). He contacted me about any decisions to be made or any issues in supplies or timeline. Plus he listened to my questions and helped me understand his answers.

The owner, Rich, is a wonderful person who is caring toward everyone. Not sure if the other reviewer got the company mixed up with someone else. I've never heard him say anything mean to anyone and have known him for years. He is a positive person who expect high quality work from his team and his crew enjoy him as a supervisor.

I am the owner of an HVAC company and have enjoyed working with Rich for many years. While I cannot say the same for all contractors, Rich stands out for being very organized and thorough. His projects are consistently completed on or before schedule. If you are in need of a contractor for renovations or are looking to build a new home, Cannavino is the way to go!

I’m not sure who would leave a negative review for Cannavino Construction, but as an HVAC contractor, I can say that we have collaborated with Rich and his team on numerous projects. Rich has consistently been kind, professional, organized, and communicative. As a family-owned business, we truly appreciate Rich's dedication to his company, the trades he partners with, and his customers.

Provided new floorings and pipes after a leak in our building. Owner was super responsive and answered all of my questions!

Oliver Blanchard III VP is not a man of his word. I am a contractor that completed a roof repair contract and it states that payment would be made 30 days after receiving pictures, a completed invoice and w-9 tax forms. He has all of that but has failed to pay his bills. I reached out to him and he got upset. He said that he pays his bills but he keeps coming up with excuses to keep from paying me. He said that he didn't get the invoice first, then he disputed the date he received it then he acted like he forgot we did the work.

IF YOUR A CONTRACTOR BEWARE!!!!!

As another one already previously mentioned, we have not been paid out for a trivial amount of $225 when all work requested was performed at the company Oliver (Estate Facilities' Management) evidently manages. Its cost us more money at this point simply having to continuously follow up on this for weeks / months on end and its not even worth the cost of pursuing a lien.

Terrible experience and you will be told via email, phone calls, etc. every time you follow up that a check is in the mail or that they are just behind, etc.

If you decide to work for them you better get the money up front or simply expect to not get paid. In summary, do yourself a favor as a contractor and steer clear or working for this company!

Contractors beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Does not pay out. We are now almost three months past due and accruing interest on HVAC work for three locations. Finally get him to answer the phone after weeks of promised payments and he tells me he's on a cruise to leave him alone!!!!!!!!!!!!

Update: After 3.5 months finally received a partial payment. Refuses to pay any late fees and still has outstanding balances and invoices. Called saying "His People" wouldn't pay late fees, ok well we aren't a bank, we don't finance our work. He didn't like that statement and hung up on me. Oliver is a scammer.
