We had Illinois Wall Doctors remove our popcorn ceilings and couldn’t be happier. They did an amazing job and our ceilings look brand new!!

The Wall Doctor team was able to address my cracking dining room ceiling the day after my first call to ensure it didn’t collapse like my neighbors ceiling did just 6 months prior. They then came out 5 days later removed the ceiling and attic insulation replaced it mudded and taped it then painted it - all in an eight hour day. The Wall Doctor team was extremely responsive professional and timely! And Ken was a delight to work with. I highly recommend them for whatever you need them for!

Illinois Wall Doctors deserves high marks for their quick response and their willingness to work within the tight time frame we gave them. The technician worked quickly and efficiently and they were able to incorporate some last minute changes into the job too. We are truly delighted with the finished product. Ken and his team were great. Ken answered back promptly with a quote and an opening came up for my small job and it was done right away. The young man was courteous, polite, thorough and you would never know that he was there. Tented off the area so as to not make a mess in the kitchen. Great company!! We were very pleased with the repairs to our vaulted ceiling. Ken was excellent at communicating what needed to be done every step of the way. Ken had the first crew come in which mudded and sanded the walls and ceiling and a second crew that came later and painted the walls and ceiling.Both crews were great and left everything cleaned when they left, especially the painters that were extremely careful with the prep work which in the end left everything spotless when they left. We have used wall doctor twice already and will be using them again in the future.

Illinois Wall Doctor to the rescue again! Ken and his crew took my Mom's bathroom that was in desperate need of a make over and made it into a fantastic space for her! As usual perfect outcome! We looked at a lot of options for our front door, including replacement. Replacement is extremely costly. Ken and his team are easy to work with. He provided an estimate just by sending the pictures I have attached here. The pictures attached are a closeup of the door damage as well as the rotting wood and how it looked before. The last picture shows the final. The picture says it all. This transformation all happened in 1 day! If you are considering a door replacement because your door is worn, it might be worth contacting Ken and his team, as the cost for Ken's services is a fraction of what a new door would cost. Also note, the door is not wood but fiberglass, and so are the side lights. The point is, it doesn't matter what the material is. We are very happy with how this project turned out.

Ken and team did a great job with my crown molding; they were here in less then a week from the time of the quote and did a great job.

The service was okay! They gave me a quote by me taking photos of my garage and it wasn't a bad quote. The problem I have is they didn't use tarps and dust is everywhere. I can finish cleaning it but why should I have to? Also, they never stated you pay a service fee for using a credit card until it came to payment, so I basically paid an extra $100. Fees and services should always be told upfront from the beginning of any service. This way we can decide if the customer wants to move forward.

I recently used Illinois Wall Doctors for a job (drywall repair), and they were extremely professional, exceeded my expectations, and charged a fair price for the work involved.

If anyone needs to complete a drywall repair or remodel, I would highly recommend!

We had arches installed on 2 hallways and 2 formal areas. The work was performed very professionally and quickly. All 4 areas we’re completed in one day. They did an excellent job, cleaned things up and I would hire them again for other work of similar projects.
However, there was a lot of dust that took us 2 days to clean up afterwards. The dust got through the whole house. If we new about the dust problem, we would have had a vacuum running while they sanded.
Even though, we love our arches! Nice job...

Kens crew did a great job repairing the cracked seams on my ceiling and repainting everything. They were prompt and took time to prep and cover everything. They work fast and the results were excellent.

After a leaking toilet caused some damage to our ceiling and paint, we had the wall doctor come out to try and repair it. Not only were they able to repair the drywall and match the paint, but you would have absolutely no idea there was ever any damage! We can’t thank you guys enough!

Our experience with IL wall doctor was great. Ken got back to us quickly and Julian the electrician did an amazing job with our recessed lighting! The drywall techs came the next day and fixed up the circles perfectly. The photo shows pre drywall fix. Pricing was also reasonable! Highly recommend for your home improvement projects. Will be using IL wall doctor again!

Remodeled the kitchen and took out a few upper cabinets and backsplash. We needed a quick repair for walls and ceiling. IL wall doctor skilled labor came within two days to smooth, fill and sand (little dust) to paint. Recommend as a very efficient business to get messy work completed timely without hiring a full service contractor.

We couldn't be happier with the work that Martin and Balthazar completed on the drywall for our basement. They put up ceiling drywall, also built 2 walls to close off our utility room with a doorway, and built a wall next to the stairs to close off a storage area. The price was right. The work was done professionally, cleanly and quickly. We would highly recommend this company if you need any type of this work done in your home.
