I highly recommend Natalie’s cleaning service! The cleaning is high quality and they leave a checklist of everything they cleaned. They are friendly, easy to communicate with, and go above and beyond to make sure that the service is great. This is the best cleaning service I have ever had. Highly recommend!!

⚠️⚠️⚠️ EXTREMELY SERIOUS PROPERTY LOSS & MISCONDUCT

This review is written to warn others. What occurred during this cleaning engagement went far beyond poor service.

We hired this cleaning team for multiple visits to our private residence. Access was granted only for cleaning, with explicit, repeated verbal instructions that certain rooms and storage areas containing high-value personal property and sensitive legal documents were strictly off-limits.

Those instructions were ignored.

Individuals involved

Natalie Bresnahan-Kantas – white/Caucasian woman, 40-50s+, owner/lead
Joanna - Eastern European woman, 40-

Toni - African American woman, 40s+
Mary - Latina woman, 40s+

Joanna - repeated mishandling and disregard for instructions

Joanna’s conduct during the job was particularly alarming. Despite being given explicit, step-by-step instructions on how to protect personal items, she repeatedly failed to follow them.

One documented example: towels were laid out, and she was explicitly told to place items into a bathtub for protection. Instead, Joanna placed belongings directly on the floor, requiring immediate intervention to prevent further mishandling. This was not a one-off mistake; it reflected a broader pattern of carelessness, inattention, and disregard for instructions.

More seriously, Joanna was observed entering and handling items in a clearly restricted high-value area that she had been explicitly told not to access. That access was unauthorized. Shortly after this, high-value items and irreplaceable documents could no longer be found.

After the final visit, on the same day the team had access, numerous items that were present earlier that day were missing, including:

Approximately $7,273.75 in personal property (the matter has been formally documented with the appropriate authorities)

Luxury watches and accessories
Designer purses and clothing
Personal care items and specialty goods
Original immigration and naturalization documents belonging to a family member

These documents are unique, legally significant, and not casually discardable.

Natalie: refusal to take responsibility

When the missing property was identified immediately, Natalie’s response was deeply concerning. There was:

No meaningful attempt to recover or locate missing items
Shifting and inconsistent explanations
No accounting for where items were moved, sorted, or discarded
A refusal to accept responsibility for unauthorized access and handling

Despite having repeated access to the home and being responsible for supervising her team, Natalie allowed the workers to leave without resolving or accounting for the losses.

Compounding this, no written contract, inventory procedures, or handling protocols were provided before work began. Only after the missing property was confirmed did Natalie attempt to introduce paperwork retroactively. Those terms were never reviewed, agreed to, or signed.

Not a misunderstanding

This was not a simple mix-up. The loss involved high-value property and irreplaceable legal documents, following unauthorized access and documented mishandling, with no recovery effort afterward.

Given the seriousness of what occurred, this situation was formally documented through appropriate channels.

⚠️⚠️⚠️ Final warning

If you have valuables, sensitive paperwork, or areas you expect to remain untouched, do not rely on this company. Based on our experience, there is a complete lack of accountability & respect for boundaries and retroactive documentation for damage control (refer to contract that was written today after her visit). Also refer to our closet racks which she damaged and refused to compensate!

One star is generous. I cannot recommend this service under any circumstances.

Natalie left my place 30 minutes ago. As usual: reminder, on time, affordable, thorough cleaning, did little things I didn’t ask for, suggestions, efficient, pleasant. She even gave me a Valentine’s Day gift. Natalie’s someone for whom you really want to submit a positive review. I’m looking forward to the next time.

My experience with Natalie’s Cleaning Service has been incredible. They are kind, do great work, and get along great with my dog- which gives me a lot of peace of mind. They have been awesome every step of the way and their prices are affordable as well. I see myself using their services for the foreseeable future. I highly recommend them.

I have been using Natalie for over a year now. She cleans my house, she cleans my parents house and I cannot not say enough good things about her and her crew! I usually have her and Joanna and they do such a phenomenal job making my house sparkling clean! I don’t know what I would do without them! They are always on time and clean quick and I have never had one issue with any of their work! She even brings treats for my dogs! If you are looking for a really good cleaning person/crew who is honest and has fair prices, Natalie is totally your girl!!

I called and left a message to call me about carpet cleaning in my home. After 4 days there was no call back. I went with another company. You can't get customers if you don't answer your phone or return calls.

The service I received was very professional and was done very well they made my carpet look brand new. I highly recommend Anthony's Steam Cleaning.

We have had Kesap Clean do weekly cleanings for about 6 months now. Best decision ever! Not only do they leave the house looking perfectly clean, but they do so quickly and efficiently without seeming rushed. They are wonderful at communicating arrival times and preferences / needs around the house. Gaby and her team (Amber & Jemaymah and others who have joined Gaby) are an absolutely pleasure to have help us around the house. 10/10 Highly recommend!

The crew (Gaby, Ofelia, Kenny) was very professional and polite. They were also very efficient. On top of that, they worked around the movers moving out the staging furniture without any complaints.
