I began using Kesap Cleaning service in December. I’m very glad that I chose this company. In fact, the crew that has been coming for the most part is led by Justine. They are prompt, On time, And get to work immediately. Moreover, All three of the ladies do their task, efficiently and diligently. They expressed great teamwork and communicate with each other. They also listen to any request or clarification to do certain things. Again, I’m very happy with the service and especially for this team.

We have been using Kesap Clean for over 15 years for a monthly cleaning. The team cleaning our home has changed over the years but Suanne and her team performed the most recent cleaning.  Suanne noted that our range hood needed a good deep cleaning and offered tips for both the range hood and range grating.  Kesap is very responsive in following up on any issues we identify.  If looking for a flexible, long term service, this is a strong option.

We used Kesap cleaning for the first time and got the great service and thorough cleaning we were hoping for. Suanne and her team were very friendly, polite, and communicated well to understand what services we wanted and level of cleaning we were expected to make sure we were satisfied. They worked quickly, efficiently, and respectfully and always gave me the opportunity to check their work to ensure we were satisfied before moving on.

Kesap Clean did an absolutely amazing job cleaning our home! The bathrooms were sparkling clean—truly spotless. I was so impressed by the attention to detail and how fresh everything felt afterward.

The ladies were were very friendly, easy to talk to, and cleaned all that I asked them. My house was a disaster before they came, but very clean when they left. Great job, thank you!

Kerri and Jaycie are prompt and do a good job in a short time. They take instructions well and take special care as required. The main problem I have with the Cleaning Authority is the tendency to rotate the cleaning crews. I always request our our crew by name.

Second time they have cleaned our house in Oswego. Each team was prompt, polite, efficient and thorough. The place looks great when they left. They will be back!

I have been using Cleaning Authority of Plainfield for 2.6 years, they do an outstanding job, especially Jennifer and Peyten. They do an excellent job and have had no issues with them. Highly recommend, very dependable and honest.

Charged $120 extra after 15 day of service without notification.
I discussed with supervisor and explained the work and she said it will complete in 2 hours and we will charge only for 2 hours but later she said because they worked for 3 hours so we charged you $120 extra later.

The cleaning team always does a thorough job. I love coming home to a sparkling house that smells so clean, with no dog hair in sight! Keyani and Cynthia are wonderful.

Absolutely no complaints here! They arrived on time and did an excellent job.

TCA Plainfield just did our first whole house cleaning and did not miss a thing. Very thorough. Our stove top has never been so clean. My wife gives them 10 out of 10!

Crew has been here 4 times(one time was a complete re-clean due to a complaint- see below)
Each time there was issues. At one point , I was talked about by a staff member who didn't think I understood Spanish when i POLITELY asked her dust my bookshelf and empty a bathroom trash can she missed. The 2nd cleaning, my floors weren't even vacuumed or mopped, (among many other things) and since they are timed, I found it offensive that one of the ladies plopped down and sat in the middle of my floor to chat with her coworker!! ( we have a elder in the home so we have cameras in several places) They had to come back to re-do the job ( or i was done with them) a supervisor came and was micromanaging. She ended up correting a bunch even the ladies there that day had missed. The 4th time my 2200 sq ft house was completed in an hour when it normally takes two. So much stuff not done to even list here. I finally demanded a refund and told them not to come back. What a waste. I've used this company in the past and it was NEVER this bad. Never again.

TCA has been cleaning my home for over a year. I've had a few different teams but mainly Dee and Richard and they do a great job. It's always great to come home to a nice clean house!

I hired them for an initial A cleaning. They did a terrible job. Shower wasn't cleaned. toilets were still dirty. Furniture was not dusted. I complained they never offered to send someone out to check it out. I paid them for the service and told them we would not be continuing with any kind of recurring service. They said sorry you feel that way. I'll Be Damned about a week later they charged my debit card for no reason. I called them and no answer. I ended up disputing the charge with my bank. Steer clear of these folks!!!

I have used the Cleaning Authority for over 10 years. Management and office staff are always professional, friendly and go out of their way to assist you in any way they can. I have only had two teams in my years with the company, although my current team Dee & Richard are the best!

This was my first experience with a cleaning company. I have always used individuals who are friends of friends in the past. I was very impressed with the customer service I received from everyone. The cleaning service was far above par from what I have received in the past from house cleaners. They paid attention to details that are frequently missed. I highly recommend this team.

I have been enjoying the benefits of this cleaning service for over a year and subscribing to the bi-monthly cleaning service is a great help with our busy schedule. I so enjoy coming home to a clean house. Jennifer, Peyton, & Chasity did a great job!
