I’m always pleased when Jorge and Rosa come to clean. Especially, Jorge, he is an excellent team leader and makes sure everything gets cleaned as it should be.

I'm using the service to clean the home of my elderly parents - help my mom was loathe to accept. Robert and his team treated my parents with great respect and won her over and she indicated her home has never been so clean. Thanks, guys!

Jorge and Maria do a great job on our house and have been for a long time now (1.5 years). Jorge has been our cleaner since day 1 and we trust him very much. Maria is newer but has done an amazing job being part of the team.

TCA Plainfield has always been accommodating when I need to change my schedule and do their best to keep my same team.

We switched to CA from another national provider by recommendation from a friend and are very happy. Been their customer for nearly two years now. Through their change in ownership, service and communications remained excellent and seamless.

I have suggested and will recommend CA to my friends and family.

I've been using this service for many years, but since it changed ownership, the quality of the service has declined considerably and become more expensive at the same time.

Today's particular cleaning, as appears to be the norm lately, the cleaning crew did 90% of the work with 90% effort. They go through the motions but don't actually look at the results. That means crumbs left in the corners of the kitchen floor, a glass side table still has dust under the lamp, bathroom floors with liquid spots still there from use, and hazy tiles in the shower.

Since I was home when the crew was here today, I mentioned the hazy shower tiles specifically. I was informed by the crew member, very politely, that the chemicals they use won't remove the calcium haze, and they are not allowed to use anything else. This is the same shower that has been cleaned before (often by me after the crew is gone). What's the point of "cleaning" a shower, if it's not clean when it's done.

The general theme appears to be that the crew is instructed to perform specific steps. Period. Whether the house is clean or not when they leave is not their problem. I'm at wits end with this cleaning service. I had cut them some slack because of what we've all been going through with COVID. But like many others, I believe COVID is pushing this badly run business over the cliff of reasonableness.

As a point of reference for you all, the 2 person crew was done "cleaning" my 2000 sq. ft., 2 1/2 bath house in exactly one hour, for $137. That's $68.50 per person-hour. I think it might be time for me to move on.

The staff is always very friendly and accommodating. The owner even came to re-do my floors once when I was less than thrilled with the original job done (salt during winter months). My only complaint is that the cleaning staff was different all the time so the job wasn't consistent. We had rockstar teams who did it all A+ and some teams who did ok but I felt I could do better. I just never had the showers done A+

Angel and Terry were here in October and did such a great job. All the blinds were dusted as well as all of the other cleaning. They are a mother and daughter team and it is such a good vibe from them as thy work together. I sure hope they are the same team who comes back in November!

Following two initial deep cleans, we were well pleased with the manner in which the process was accomplished on our first standard clean. We do inspect following completion of, at minimum, a full level of our home. Only one somewhat minor yet important enough to point out item was immediately corrected without any sign of negative receipt. We are senior empty nesters with not pets so have opted for a four week cycle. Tonya's responsiveness and flexibility has been excellent throughout.

Trust is very important to me and my family. Jorge and Maria have earned that trust. Their work is professional, exemplary and speedy. They always listen to my needs and concerns.and take the extra steps to ensure my happiness. I wouldn't have anyone else clean my house.

We have been using the Cleaning Authority for a few months now. They really do a great job. My son loves to come home from daycare and see how his stuffed animals have been arranged on his bed. Nice touch, Jorge and Rosa!

The team is always sensitive to my needs and will make any adjustments necessary. The house is always spotless after they leave. This is absolutely the best group of cleaners I have ever had. I will always recommend Cleaning Authority to anyone who needs a cleaning team.

I've had their service for a few months now and couldn't be more pleased! Not having to lock into a contract made me feel more comfortable giving them a shot. Their rates are very competitive and their staff is friendly and professional.

We’ve used the cleaning authority for a couple of months and generally have been happy with the service. We do get different crews every two weeks and there is a difference in how well they clean. This week Dee, Richard and Jessica cleaned our house and did a wonderful and thorough job. I made a list of 3 areas which I wasn’t happy with the previous time and they made sure to get to the items I had listed and did a good job.

This is the 3rd service I received. The first 2 were deep cleans and this is the first standard clean. I want to be honest here as I know people like myself actually DO read and value these reviews. I didn't realize that each appointment would be different people cleaning. The first deep clean I was extremely happy with. The second was terrible. It was definitely NOT what I would call a deep clean of anything. They skipped over many things and thankfully I was there because I was able to see what kind of job was done and not done.. I was considering canceling any further service, however,I wanted to give them one more chance and I'm very glad I did. Now I will say I did not call or complain about my dissatisfaction because I wanted there to be no previous knowledge of any issues or problems. This time (today) the same person who did the initial deep clean came back and I was so happy because she did an amazing job. I asked if I could request her and her partner to come every time and she said yes that was possible. I like having someone who knows my specific needs and wants.. I have several animals and a child. Morgan and Kayla are wonderful and did a very thorough job. I am very happy with the results and will be requesting them from this point forward. Overall, I am glad I gave them a second chance.
