Anna and her team are wonderful! Friendly, professional, accomodating, and the cleaning is top notch! I did both deep cleaning and weekly cleaning. No corners were ever cut, and the services are very reasonably priced.

Anna and her crew never disappoint. She was able to schedule me at my convent date and time. For a deep clean. Baseboards, windows and probably the most impressive was the ovens. They sparkle. Wow. Highly recommend. And I will use them again.

All the staff were great with both of our dogs, who can be a handful. They were supposed to show up to only do my front yard. The price was reasonable so I decided to give them a try. They were supposed to show up every 4 to 6 weeks. I had to call once because 8 weeks lapsed between sprayings. Another time they showed up 7 weeks between services. Then they came on August 14th to do an aeration. The weather was 92 degrees outside and they went into my backyard without asking and knocked over paving blocks and almost took out my hot tub. I'm just confused on how a lawn service would aerate when the ambient temperature is so hot it's almost impossible to grow grass. It is supposed to be done in the fall. I will not be using them again and I'll be giving tru green my business from now on. My neighbors yard was serviced on a more timely manner and they seem extremely happy with the service that they receive.

I pointed out a few problem areas to Aaron. Aaron explained why weeds were present on the parkway area and the measures he was taking to eliminate them. Aaron took time to explain proper lawn maintenance to me.

I cut back the shrubs from where they meet the lawn in front. Weeds near the barrier need to be sprayed. I can't tell if they were. Also, the little wedge of grass on the north side of my house needs to be sprayed, if it wasn't. Otherwise great job!

Tim is great! He lets us know when he has arrived to do the service and lets us know what he will be doing. He’s always friendly and polite. Always does a great job!

Eric was out today from Spring Green to aerate my lawn. Eric was professional, courtesy and did ann excellent job!

Great service highly recommend I’ve had problems in the past with other companies. i’ve asked that they contact me and make sure that they ring the doorbell because I have dogs and I have to lock the gate. Other companies have left without ever doing that. Elijah was very courteous made sure he got a hold of me before doing anything and spraying my lawn I highly recommend him along with Spring Green.

After a July application we saw awful lawn burn. My husband called with our complaint and whoever took the call really tried to put the blame on us, REALLY? especially when the burns are in streaks, it wasn't like that before S.G. came. We love our technician but will cancel because we were offered an aeration instead of an apology or refund.
