I have had my initial A & B cleaning and am very satisfied. This week Stephanie and Jeffrey did the cleaning and did a great job. My bathrooms have never been so thoroughly cleaned and I can't find dust anywhere.

Great prompt service especially Jennifer and Peyton. They do a great job and are always cheerful.

We have used the Cleaning Authority for 15 years now and for the most part happy with the service. They tend to send different crews for the cleans and there can be a big difference in how well the house is cleaned. I give the company three stars for not keeping the same teams for each clean and inconsistent cleans between crews. Can’t correct a team if they don’t come on a regular basis. Note this is based on 15 years of service.

After years of on and off service, Kerri was assigned to me last year and I have gotten an excellent and consistent clean each time she has come to my house. She is reliable, honest, caring, dependable and consistent cleaner. I can’t say enough good things about her. I give her five stars! She’s fantastic!!

Disappointment that Jazz was not at my clean today. She and Kerri make a great team. Kudos for Richard! He did an excellent clean! Really appreciate it!

George and Lilly did a really great job on my apartment deep clean today, they are very friendly and hilarious. I definitely recommend this cleaning company. I am a very happy customer and will continue to do business with T.C.A.

The ladies that came today were amazing! They worked so hard on our house and were very polite to me, my children, and even our dog. They also left a cute note on our drawing board. ❤️

We've been using TCA-Plainfield for about 3 months, and it's obvious that they take great pride in their work.Their regular cleaning is always meticulous, and they provide a focused cleaning to specific areas each visit as well. You can also tell that they care a lot about customer service, as they check in if there are any issues and do everything they can to ensure complete satisfaction. I can't write enough good things about their service so far.

We used APN Cleaning Services for a move out cleaning of a rental town home that is being put up for sale this week and could not of been more pleased with their service, they were so professional and did every thing on time, will sure use them again.

The deep cleaning was very thorough and done in a timely manner. The cleaners paid attention to even the smallest details. Highly recommend APN!

Anna is a great communicator...you know when they will be there and what time...she communicates they are on the way...her team is great...I am divorced and renting a small home and would only call to have service when someone was going to be visiting...she was always accommodating...her team always did a great job and were very thorough...so much so, I now have one of her team on a schedule to come and clean...they are very reasonable, professional, thorough, respectful, and willing to work with you...very highly recommended!

We have had Anna for over 20 years, we feel our house is safe with her having our keys while we are at work. Nothing ever broken and the house is left spotless.

Anna and her ladies are fantastic! We’ve tried a few cleaning services between big name cleaning services to a one person cleaning service and APN is by far the best. The ladies are thorough and their prices are very reasonable. Highly recommended!
