I pointed out a few problem areas to Aaron. Aaron explained why weeds were present on the parkway area and the measures he was taking to eliminate them. Aaron took time to explain proper lawn maintenance to me.

I cut back the shrubs from where they meet the lawn in front. Weeds near the barrier need to be sprayed. I can't tell if they were. Also, the little wedge of grass on the north side of my house needs to be sprayed, if it wasn't. Otherwise great job!

Tim is great! He lets us know when he has arrived to do the service and lets us know what he will be doing. He’s always friendly and polite. Always does a great job!

Eric was out today from Spring Green to aerate my lawn. Eric was professional, courtesy and did ann excellent job!

Great service highly recommend I’ve had problems in the past with other companies. i’ve asked that they contact me and make sure that they ring the doorbell because I have dogs and I have to lock the gate. Other companies have left without ever doing that. Elijah was very courteous made sure he got a hold of me before doing anything and spraying my lawn I highly recommend him along with Spring Green.

After a July application we saw awful lawn burn. My husband called with our complaint and whoever took the call really tried to put the blame on us, REALLY? especially when the burns are in streaks, it wasn't like that before S.G. came. We love our technician but will cancel because we were offered an aeration instead of an apology or refund.

Philip always calls the day before an application to let me know to not let my dogs go out for at least 2 hours. I also let him know about some thistles that were coming up near my garden. Those weeds were gone in less than a week. Very satisfied with not just the service but the price per application. I also received my core aeration and grub protection at no additional charge.

Manuel introduced himself. He explained the service he would be applying and asked if I had any questions. He quickly went about his work. He even took the time to say goodbye. Manuel is friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. I look forward to working with him, and I'm happy to continue my longtime business with Spring Green. Everyone tells me I have the most beautiful lawn and yard on the block.

Sam with the irrigation team had his guys do a sprinkler install for me. They were extremely responsive and great to work with. Highly recommend. Sprinkler system works great and my lawn is looking great!

I have used them for 2 years already. Similar behavior both times, but the last one was worst. They have terrible customer service. They never follow up and do a very poor job. This year they came to turn on the irrigation system. The guy put the valve and left it leaking water. He tested the sprinklers and noticed a couple of them had low pressure. He said he would change one of them for free because it could cause the pressure issue on the other ones. Which he did. It didn't work and the guy told me he would schedule a visit to someone to install a pressure booster (also for free because they are giving away some of those to get more customers). They never called or showed up to do the job. Instead, I've got a bill charging $150 for the irrigation repairing they didn't perform.

Ordered aeration. The service was completed within 3 days. Great work. Eric pushed the service through since my lawn required some urgent attention. Person who did aeration spent some extra time on the areas that required more work. Good value for the price.

Aaron, from Spring-Green was terrific. He introduced himself after arriving at our home and explained what he was going to do and, went straight to work. Aaron did his work very professionally and diligently. He was very kind and courteous when he interacted with us. All we can say is Thank You, Aaron, for the great job.

The technician name Aaron Rose did a good job and spray fertilizer the whole area thank you very much for the service 👍

Tim was very patient with all of my questions and extremely knowledgeable. He assured me my lawn would be revived after grubs took residence. He walked around our backyard and picked up all of our dogs toys and placed them on our patio prior to servicing our yard, which I thanked him for looking out for our babies. Great 1st experience with Spring Green.
