Team Yellow here! It was our first clean today, and I am truly impressed. Rosy, Alba, Janette and Roselvia are fabulous, and didn’t miss even one small detail. Their service and professionalism today made a very hard time just a little easier on our family, and for that we are grateful.

This was a very well-run cleaning team. Clear leadership, strong execution, and consistent attention to detail across the home. I appreciated that the team lead was actively involved and that only environmentally safe products were used. Smooth process, great results, and absolutely worth it.

I needed a cleaner for a party on sat and the cleaner I had scheduled (homeaglow) canceled twice on me. I called Lisa at TL’Z enterprises and she sent a crew of 4 over within an hour. It took them 2 hours already at the end of their very busy day. The work was impeccable and they were so kind and friendly. I can’t say enough about the experience. I’ve used a maid service once and did not have a great experience and I was skeptical but I needed help. I was in the process of moving and with work/moving, I was running out of time. The day before my sell, I gave in. My expectations were low because of my experience, I just wanted basic cleaning nothing special. As you can imagine how my place looked because I was moving. I was anticipating coming home to clean up because all I asked was for was the bathrooms and the fridge cleaned, nothing else. When I got home, I could not believe how clean everything was. I am beyond grateful for the work Blue team (Adriana, Doris, Janette, and Roselbia) has done. They went above and beyond! I came home with everything pack nice and neat. Every bathroom room was spotless, the carpet was vacuumed, the floor was mopped. All my stuff was folded nice and neat and was place by the door. I had things everywhere and they cleaned it up without being asked to.

Lisa is a great manager, last minute call and got me on the schedule. You guys really saved the day for me. Beyond grateful and wish you guys service Naperville. I super highly recommend!

I hired The Maids to wash walls, baseboards, deep clean the bathroom and other tasks. They arrived on time and were very pleasant. Rosy Alba and Janette, (the yellow team) got right to work and wow, what a fantastic job they did. I had hired a cleaning service before and there were numerous things they missed or did poorly. This team was perfect. Their attention to detail was unreal; everything was sparkling. I will definitely be using The Maids again and have already referred them to a couple of people. The pricing was fair and the completed work far exceeded my expectations.

Mike was great to work with. Needed my house cleaned on short notice before going on the market with some pretty dirty windows. They fit me in and did a fantastic job. Needless to say it was a big part in why my house sold in 24hrs. Will definitely use again.

Worst place ever! We were extorted over $100 after dining at Bandidos. They are not trying to provide parking, they want to get you park there “for free” then put a boot on your car and charge for removal. I will not recommend this place to anyone unless you want to throw your money away.

Natalie was fantastic! She was on time and extremely professional! She paid good attention to detail and did not miss a beat! She also gave our pets a little treat because she knew we had pets! I highly recommend her and appreciate everything she did! Can’t wait for her to come back!

Natalie was impeccable! She arrived promptly and prepared. scheduling was extremely flexible and she was very punctual. Her prices are extremely reasonable considering the amount of work and attention to detail was accomplished. She was personable and patient with my pets (which is important). ⚠️⚠️⚠️ EXTREMELY SERIOUS PROPERTY LOSS & MISCONDUCT

This review is written to warn others. What occurred during this cleaning engagement went far beyond poor service.

We hired this cleaning team for multiple visits to our private residence. Access was granted only for cleaning, with explicit, repeated verbal instructions that certain rooms and storage areas containing high-value personal property and sensitive legal documents were strictly off-limits.

Those instructions were ignored.

Joanna - repeated mishandling and disregard for instructions

Joanna’s conduct during the job was particularly alarming. Despite being given explicit, step-by-step instructions on how to protect personal items, she repeatedly failed to follow them.

One documented example: towels were laid out, and she was explicitly told to place items into a bathtub for protection. Instead, Joanna placed belongings directly on the floor, requiring immediate intervention to prevent further mishandling. This was not a one-off mistake; it reflected a broader pattern of carelessness, inattention, and disregard for instructions.

More seriously, Joanna was observed entering and handling items in a clearly restricted high-value area that she had been explicitly told not to access. That access was unauthorized. Shortly after this, high-value items and irreplaceable documents could no longer be found.

After the final visit, on the same day the team had access, numerous items that were present earlier that day were missing, including:

Approximately $7,273.75 in personal property (the matter has been formally documented with the appropriate authorities)

Luxury watches and accessories
Designer purses and clothing
Personal care items and specialty goods
Original immigration and naturalization documents belonging to a family member

These documents are unique, legally significant, and not casually discardable.

Natalie: refusal to take responsibility

When the missing property was identified immediately, Natalie’s response was deeply concerning. There was:

No meaningful attempt to recover or locate missing items
Shifting and inconsistent explanations
No accounting for where items were moved, sorted, or discarded
A refusal to accept responsibility for unauthorized access and handling

Despite having repeated access to the home and being responsible for supervising her team, Natalie allowed the workers to leave without resolving or accounting for the losses.

Compounding this, no written contract, inventory procedures, or handling protocols were provided before work began. Only after the missing property was confirmed did Natalie attempt to introduce paperwork retroactively. Those terms were never reviewed, agreed to, or signed.

Not a misunderstanding

This was not a simple mix-up. The loss involved high-value property and irreplaceable legal documents, following unauthorized access and documented mishandling, with no recovery effort afterward.

Given the seriousness of what occurred, this situation was formally documented through appropriate channels.

⚠️⚠️⚠️ Final warning

If you have valuables, sensitive paperwork, or areas you expect to remain untouched, do not rely on this company. Based on our experience, there is a complete lack of accountability & respect for boundaries and retroactive documentation for damage control (refer to contract that was written today after her visit). Also refer to our closet racks which she damaged and refused to compensate!

One star is generous. I cannot recommend this service under any circumstances.

Natalie left my place 30 minutes ago. As usual: reminder, on time, affordable, thorough cleaning, did little things I didn’t ask for, suggestions, efficient, pleasant. She even gave me a Valentine’s Day gift. Natalie’s someone for whom you really want to submit a positive review. I’m looking forward to the next time.
