We had no heat, tried everything that was simple, thermostat and filter, it was getting so cold. Called Sunday night had Jorge are service guy by 1pm Monday. Did his inspection and let me know our furnace needed repairs, explained to me what needed to be done, went back to his van to find our parts , explained the cost, also went over what was wrong with my son in law over the phone. Went to get parts, repaired the furnace, done by 5pm. It was wonderful to have heat again . Showed me pictures of the old parts, then the new ones installed, nice improvement. He was very polite, and was able to explain everything so I actually understood. He did an excellent job. I would use this company again if needed. If someone asked if I knew someone to fix a furnace, I would forsure recommend this company, and I wouldn’t forget Jorge. Thank you again

Comfort Services is a wonderful company. They always make things easy, affordable and comfortable. We recently had a hot water tank installed with them. The process and work took less time than I thought it would. The office staff and technician helped us in a kind, professional and with patience!!! I would recommend this company!!!

We abruptly lost our furnace of 20+ years late Sunday afternoon. Comfort Services was able to send technician Joe out to diagnose our unit, explained what the issues were, showed us time-stamped photos of the inside of our furnace, and talked us through all options of either repair or replace. We chose to replace the furnace/AC/house humidifier since they were the originals to the house being built. Hayden in the sales department was quick with getting us multiple options, and very patient explaining the different equipment, warranties, and financing options. He even made sure to answer any late questions we didn't think of to help us be confident and make our decision easier. Humberto and his crew were able to expertly install everything the following morning! We now have a toasty warm home with comfortable air quality just in time for the weather to turn cold again this weekend. Everyone we interacted with was kind, friendly, patient, and professional. I can't recommend them enough. Thank you so much!

From submitting my request for service on their website, the nice lady we called me back and dealing with Eric S., everything has been great. So far, they’ve made a bad situation a little better.

The installation went well, Rafael and his team were great. My only issue, they did take a nice chuck out of my wall while installing the water heater, which I understand can happen. I would’ve preferred they tell me instead of me finding it after they left. Other than that, I am very satisfied with my experience.

The customer service is abysmal. From the 15 of January when the install was scheduled to the 20th install date come to find out the salesman Hayden left the company after 2 texts and an email. Then emailed Eric on the 23rd, 26th and called the main number 3 times before Eric emailed me back on February 4th telling me they could be out the next day. Emailed Eric back Feb 5th that I could not leave work to reschedule the appointment and today is the 10th…3 weeks after the furnace and AC unit install and still nothing.

Not to mention their crew left tools and water bottles behind, didn’t complete the small repair that was identified in the sales process and to this day..even though they said they don’t skip steps they have no proof of ever obtaining the Aurora permit for the work they did nor can they tell me when the final inspection is.

I plan to contact the City of Aurora.

I am almost certain they will not honor the 5 years maintenance that was part of the agreement.
