Came within window of time provided. I like that they text you a picture of the technician that will be at your house. Friendly and efficient. Explained everything that he did along with showing the pictures and the videos he took. Also provided quotes for other services.

Hayden is an extremely knowledgable and personable professional. Very thorough in his analysis, preparation in his estimates and patient during Q & A process. Hayden is clearly proud of his employer, family owned Comfort Services and their American made Goodman-Amana product line. Also notable, he was confident in his ability to customize a Furnace-A/C-Water Heater system that suites our family and he delivered.

I had a tankless water heater installed and James Majewski did a phenomenal job with the installation of the new unit, ensuring all the pipes were cleared of debris, explaining the functionality of the unit and left his work area clean. Very professional job and person!

Service was horrible. I had tech come out for standing water around my furnace that I assumed was a clogged condisation line. The tech assumed that’s what it was & blew some nitrogen through something & said we were all set. He also talked me into a membership for $299 saying that by signing up we would get a better deal & he would clean & do a PM on the furnace. Turns out he didn’t really do anything of the sort. I could tell the tech was very green & unsure of what he was doing. After tearing out half of my floor due to water damage after he left, I woke up Sunday to my basement floor covered in water knowing that there is definitely another issue that was not corrected. I called back out service again & Unfortunately got the same tech again. He basically danced around with his flashlight on his phone & kept saying I don’t know the pi can’t figure it out. At this point he could have phoned someone for help cause clearly he had no idea what he was doing. I had to suggest maybe actually climbing a step stool & actually looking in the furnace for an issue. After doing that and taking pictures & videos he just basically said you need a new furnace & I’ll send our sales guy out. I think that was just his guess at that point cause he had no clear what to do going forward. I feel like he just basically passed it off.

Salesmen arrives Monday & we indicate that the tech didn’t do anything or know what he was doing & we want the $299 charge fully refunded. He proceeds to give me pricing on a new furnace without even checking if that’s what I really need. He basically is going off the opinion of a guy who again is very green. Salesmen gives me 3 options 12k, 13k & 7k.

I explained to him that I’ll look it over & would like to get other estimates.

I have a totally new company come out Tuesday. Turns out I don’t need to replace my furnace at all. I have a horrible clog in my confiscation line still. So I don’t know what your tech even blew out with nitrogen. The clog is so bad that this company had to replace my entire condisation line. He also noticed that the line was to close to the furnace & was getting burned up from the heat so he re-routed a new line. Now this tech saw this in the first 5 minutes he was there. Why didn’t your tech see this & he was out twice???? Instead your tech wanted me to spend 12k on a whole new furnace when the new company charged me $200 & fixed the problem. I turned my unit back on & no I mean not any water coming out.

I’m very disappointed in your service & the lack of knowledge of your tech. He easily could have said I can’t find the problem let me get another tech out here to see if I’m missing something. Nope!!! Just you need a new unit.

Due to my experience, I will never use this company again due to the fact that I can no longer trust this company. I do want a full refund of my $299 that I spent with your company & will not stop until I receive one. I would like you to kindly forward this email to the corporate office for my full refund!

I called early this morning about my AC unit as it was sounding bad. Comfort services was able to send Joseph Dewitt out not even 2 hours later to evaluate the unit. He was very polite and professional and did a thorough inspection of the unit. No problems were found and the unit seems to be running fine now. The company even had a special on the diagnostic fee that saved me some money too. Thank you to Comfort Services and Joseph Dewitt for excellent customer service. Highly recommended.

Brandon arrived quickly and changed my capacitor. He was very friendly. Price was a little steep for the part but that is not his fault.

Oswaldo and his partner did an excellent job replacing both our furnace and AC. They did a great job communicating with each other and solving any obstacles that came in their way. He was very friendly and gladly answered any questions that I had about the process or new equipment.

Very respectful and thorough. I really appreciated that he gave me quotes on items I asked for and didn't try to sell me more. Also, he did not discuss anything money related in front of my daughter which I truly appreciated.

I just wanted a clean & check, my bill went frm an $89.00 to $225.00. With me standing behind this man, I saw everything he did. He did nothing that should have been that much, once I saw his price I asked him is that my bill. He said yes & I said but you didn’t do anything. He said $89.00 was a service call, at that time i said ok your done. Your done we came out of the room & i said i will NEVER ask for service frm them again. Then my bill went down to $89.00 but I still will NEVER recommend them for service.

Jorge was very polite, informative and thorough. He had a small challenge working around a water softener to get the blower motor out but he did it. Reviewed all that was done and explained his recommendations to us. Very pleased with his service.
