Ivan was great to work with—knowledgeable, straightforward, and easy to talk to. The team showed up on time, respected my home, and did quality work. I’d absolutely recommend them to anyone needing HVAC service. 10/10!!!

Back in June '25, Ivan was so nice and great to work with to figure out what ac/furnace replacement was best for our needs. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain all my options. He also responded to my several questions very quickly, fairly negotiated with me and setting up financing was easy. Install date was set up so fast which was appreciated bc it was during the first heat wave and it was getting hot in here! Stevan and Larry were also great to work with for the installation. So professional, courteous and clean. Also took the time to walk me thru every step explaining the overall process for the day and what to expect (it's a long install) and answered all my questions as they came up. Had a couple surprises and we all worked thru them. Couldn't ask for a better team to spend the day with. Very happy with my choices and the AC has worked no issues. In fact, my neighbor appreciates how quiet our AC is, they barely hear it (Lennox). Haven't run the furnace yet. Bonus: we received a brand sponsored gift card rebate credit card which was a nice money-back reward for our choice, that Ivan called out to us when we were deciding on what to install. Highly recommend Precision Air.

We loved the service. We did a mini split for our room in the attic and they were spectacular! They cleaned after themselves, they were punctual and finished in a day. We are truly happy with the results. We highly recommend this company!

Called them for my parents . House was very hot thought because they were local and had 5 stars I was good . Part was under warranty few hours labor bill still over 1,000. They told my Mom they charge by the job . Replace a circuit board on a trane unit cost over a 1,000. Please call someone else !!! My Mom is still pissed about it and I get to hear about it every time I come over .

Had my hvac system replaced. While not cheap the Precision price was thousands less than a major competitor and the equipment was a higher line. Installers were responsive to my concerns. I’d recommend them.

The team at Precision Air have been great! We had to get a new AC and furnace for our house and had to install the AC unit under our deck, which limited our options due to the need for adequate ventilation. They helped price out the different options for us and were able install our new heat pump and furnace for similar price as a regular ac unit and furnace. The installation team came yesterday and stayed late to finish the job!

I would highly recommend Precision Air and would def use them again!

They came right out after I was hearing some noises when my furnace kicked on. Alonso has been here before and is very nice, explains things well, and does a great job. Very happy with my service.

Tyler was polite , knowledgeable and fixed the issue that I have had looked at for 4 years and was never totally fixed . Would love to have him and Precision back anytime to work on my A/C or Heating. . Great job and even better service. Matt

Would never do business with this company again. They claimed to understand how our AC system works (SpacePak) and sent techs who were completely unqualified. The first day the tech ran the system causing all of our homes fire alarms to go off and claimed it’s “normal”. After that, the system kept freezing and not cooling the home so they proceeded to make large holes in many walls in our home. At least 10 visits and a month later we still don’t have a functioning AC, we’re out 10k+, and have multiple holes all over our walls. They pretend to have good customer service and placate when we call and don’t fix anything. I keep hearing “we are a 5 star company” as their excuse for not finishing the job. We called today and yesterday and they promised to send someone and didn’t. We will be contacting Consumer Protection Agency to resolve this matter.

Precision Air...is the most reliable HVAC dealer in the area. They installedy Lennox HVAC system in April 2025. Quite knowledgeable, dependable and the most courteous staff around. They beat competitors prices and will always come out when you experience an issue. All the employees strive for excellence! An HVAC company you can trust and rely on. Thanks Precision Air! Tyler came out for just general maintenance on my furnace. He was very professional and showed me all of the things that he had done. He was also very kind to me. I would highly recommend him and will ask for him again.

We needed a water heater urgently and Precision Air definitely came through. Technicians were very professional and the job was completed promptly. (I also loved that I got to talk to a human being when I called to schedule, and not an AI system. Great customer service)
