Felske came out to look at our dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer. They recommended replacing the dishwasher and washing machine and repaired our dryer. It's been a few months; the dryer is working great and we used their recommendation for the replacement appliances. Great guys and we'll definitely come back in the future.

Jerry and son explained all that was being done and even reviewed preventative measures to keep our 10 year old front-loading washer in the best shape possible. Professional, thorough and thoughtful. I do not normally leave negative reviews but people need to be aware of Jerry Felske Repair service. We hired him Aug 28 to fix our Samsung stove. He came with his son and tried to fix a sensor board, said he didnt have the correct part but in trying to fix it he knocked out the oven portion, which worked prior to him coming. He tried to order another part came out with that one and it didn't work. He said he had to order another part...this went on till Jan. I had no oven for Thanksgiving,Christmas, and New Years. I also had to keep calling him to check on the part he would not comunicate if I didn't call. I ended up spending $1000 on a new stove and he did nothing to offer any consolation. Absolutely horrible customer service. Would definitely not recommend his services

Jerry and his son have been out several times for various reasons and each time, they were on time, efficient, communicated issues along the way, and repaired my appliances in a timely manner. Both are very professional and courteous. They are quickly becoming my "go to" guys.

I was having issues with our dryer. I called Felske and they were able to come out within 24 hours. He quickly diagnosed but didn’t have the parts on hand. He was back within an hour to finish the job. Both him and his son were very knowledgeable and professional. I will be using them again if needed. I highly recommend them!

Jerry and his guy were awesome. Personable, reliable, quick and knowledgeable. Luckily found them from a Google search after our dryer started making a weird noise. Took care of the problem and even replaced the old vent.

I found this company on our subdivision owners Facebook page someone recommended it. We own a rental property in the Cambridge Subdivision and needed someone to take a look at a washing machine that stopped working. Felske came out and said I needed to replace the motor, he gave me a price and said the part will come in within 5-10 days. The part came in and they went out to install it and after additional work they called and said that it was not the motor it was some other part that needed to be replaced and that it'll be $200.00 less then organically quoted. THAT IS HONOSTY AND TRANSPARANCY AND WORK ATTHITICS ANCHORED IN MORALE so don't walk RUN to call them!!!
