Excellent Service, quick response and more than that man of high integrity. Joel is honest and ethical and very hard to find a guy like him in this type of business. He showed up on time, diagnosed the problem, fixed the issue and brought heat back in 30 minutes.

Joel did a great job. He provided a very reasonable quote and completed all the work as advertised. Very friendly and professional. Cannot recommend Joel enough. We will be customers for life.

Very responsive...called on a Sunday night, and we arranged for him to come the next morning (which was a holiday). I can tell Joel did a thorough job, and he really took his time to get it right. Further, he explained what went wrong and how I could do things going forward to try and prevent the problem from happening again. Lastly, he was a straight shooter, and his price was very reasonable. Highly recommend.

I have had the pleasure of having Joel address all of my heating & cooling
needs for the past few years. On Monday, May 16th, Joel replaced my failed
17 year old air conditioner with a bigger..more powerful…super modern
model !! I am "blown away" by how much cooler my townhome is now as a
result of the newly installed air conditioner !!! The previous air conditioner
was ok for the 1st floor, but I barely felt any coolness on the 2nd level !! This
new air conditioner certainly remedied that problem !! I am one happy
individual now !!! Thank you Joel…sooo much for your expertise as well as kindness !!!

Greatly recommend Joel’s hvac!! My heater started acting yesterday and today’s is -18 below!!!! I called him yesterday and he promised to come either late ladtnight or today morning which he did!!! He quoted me for the job but since the part was very expensive he went threw the trouble of shopping around for a least expensive one!! He found it and job well done working within an hour. Joel was able to come out short notice to service our two older furnace units. Having dealt with dishonest HVAC technicians in the past, I really got the impression that Joel was not trying to sell me on anything I did not need, and he was forthright about what did need attention. Joel went to my house On time compared to other companies. Even check up on the work done after 24 hours making sure the my HVAC unit for my 2nd floor is properly working. Just moved into our new house and called Joel for a central humidifier. He came out the same day. He was the cheapest of all the quotes received (by at least $100) and he did excellent service. Would recommend him strongly.

Joel is a considerate, kind, friendly and went out of his way to help his customers. I recommend Joel’s air conditioning because he cared, reasonable prices and came the same day we called which is hard to find in air conditioning companies. If I had to recommend an air conditioning company, I would definitely recommend Joel’s air conditioning it has all the things you’ll want in an air conditioning service.

I just had Joel out this morning to fix my broken Air Conditioner. I messaged him last night on facebook and he responded right away and said he could be here at 8am. He was able to identify a few problems and fix them for a fair price. He was here for an hour and 45 minutes, and very friendly and professional. And the house is already down to the right temp in just a few minutes. His work is warrantied for a year. I asked for prices on thermostats too and he will be coming back to replace them. I asked for prices on a humidifier too and I love that he was not pressuring in any way. Also my dog liked him and she is even more picky than I am!

Joel is excellent. He provides quality work at a reasonable price. We came home from a trip to find that we had no heat. He organizes his schedule in a way that allows him to accommodate emergency repairs. I highly recommend.

I am selling my house and I was told I needed to replace my furnace . I was stressed out because I knew it was going to cost a lot of money. I went on line to find a reputable HVAC company and came across Joel's Heating and Cooling. I read reviews and my gut told me to go with them. I called and spoke with Joel who said he can come out same day. I have to say in today's world people will take advantage of situations. Joel inspected my unit and said it needed to be cleaned and minor replacements needed to be done but that I did not need a new furnace like another company suggested. Thank Joel for being a man with integrity because there are not to many people that have that. May God bless you and I will always be a big fan of yours and will refer you to everyone I know.

The five star reviews are correct. We wanted a new Lennox AC unit installed. Joel's quote was the lowest among all reputable companies/ Lennox authorized dealers. He is busy but responds to your texts or calls back. He installed our unit when it was still cold and came back on a warm day to start it. Everything went smoothly. After two summers with a struggling old AC unit, we now have cold air without headache again.

I called Joel tonight at 6:45 and he was over 20 minutes later to look into a smell coming from my furnace. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and affordable. I would recommend Joel to anyone looking for someone for their furnace or AC needs.

Our AC was starting to act up, then the night before it just stopped blowing cold air. I have two small children at home so it was urgent to have someone come out as soon as possible. I called around but everyone had their set hours of service and overpriced. I found Joel and he was able to come out to my home that same evening, after hours. He identified the problem and was able to fix the AC within an hour. He was professional, reasonably priced, and explained the issue to us in detail. I definitely recommend Joel and will be calling him again for any future HVAC needs.

In the coldest day of 2021, Joel answered the call to service our house late at night as temperatures began to drop, significantly. He even went out of his way to get the shop opened up in the early hours of the morning to ensure he had the right part for our furnace. We are very grateful for his responsiveness and QUICK service. Our air conditioner started having issues again for the 3rd time since we let another company come out and fix it. This time we called Joel and he came right out and let us know the previous company and put a part on incorrectly which caused a second part to fail as well. Once he replaced both parts about a couple of weeks ago it has been running great ever since. In fact we noticed it is working alot better and it much cooler in the house since he serviced it than when the proir company "fixed" it twice before. Highly recommend this company.
