Precision Air is a really good company. This is the second time that I call them and Tyler replaced the heater Thermostat that was faulty and the system works fine. Great job. I will call them next time to check the AC / Heater system whenever there is an issue.

Our technician Tyler was great! He arrived quickly and had the problems diagnosed right away. Tyler then created a game plan to pick up the parts and complete the repairs same day. He was even sweet to our pets while we finished up the paperwork. If we need service again I will be requesting him as my technician

We are new to the area and did not know who to call for our broken furnace. After reading the reviews we decided to try Precision Air. We are so happy we did. The service tech was right on time and very knowledgeable about what the issue was with the furnace. He got the furnace up and running. With the furnace being 26 years old we decided to replace the air and furnace now instead of living on borrowed time. The HVAC techs that installed the furnace were wonderful. They were here promptly and had both the air and furnace installed in the same day. We already have recommended this company to a few friends that are in need of a new furnace. Tyler was our service person. He was on-time and very pleasant and knowledgeable. He knew what he was doing. He was able to solve the issue and get the part the same day and repair the furnace. I highly recommend him.

I also had Darrius come in to fix my water heater. He did a brilliant job of fixing it. He too waited to make sure everything worked well to my satisfaction before he left. I originally had my tankless hot water heater installed in 2021. Needed my Ac and furnace checked out for new buyer of my house for closing. Gildardo was my technician. Very friendly and knowledgeable tech. Came out checked my furnace and ac with all there special tools. Said everything was working great. Way better experience than I have had with another hvac company that starts with a number for their name. The experience was great from beginning to end. The service rep Omar was amazing at answering my questions and provided me with different price points for different budgets. The installation crew Matt, Abel, and Larry were professional, courteous, and knowledgeable about their work. Definitely would keep this company in mind for any future HVAC service needs. With the new system installed the air quality of the house has improved.
