Customer service went above and beyond. Charlene was the best service representative that I ever had the pleasure working with. She made things simple I wish all major home repair went as smooth and friendly as this company.

David came out and did a thorough inspection. He was able to show the dents from the hail and noted other damage on my Facia, aluminum trim and gutters. Was very professional and educated in the field and able to answer all my questions. Installation was profession and quick. Highly recommended

I have lived in my house for over 50 years. There was a fire and everything had to be redone. Kenny was referred to me so we called him. Kenny came to the house, was very professional and showed concern for me and my husband. He understood that our loss was unbearable and assured us that he would do what he could.

Kenny worked with our insurance adjuster and we had a new roof put on our house, replaced the windows, screens, siding, gutters and two new exterior doors. Not only did crews come out to work on our house, but he came and did the windows and doors himself.

Even after the job was done, Kenny would still stop and talk to my husband out in the yard to make sure everything was ok. There are not a lot of people out there who still do this, but he does. His work is outstanding, he cares about the customer and the final outcome. I wouldn't want anyone else to work on my house.

Jake came out the same day we called for an estimate and worked with our adjuster and insurance company for a new roof after hail damage. He was so helpful, great service! Highly recommend this company!

Went to them recommended by a trusted person for an inspection, after fairly intense storm in Oswego, IL. Was told by their rep after an inspection that my roof was "trashed" and definitely needed replacement. Took the word of a professional, and opened up an insurance claim. After an inspection by my insurance company, along with C&H present, no significant damage of any kind to the roof. C&H rep had to walk back the "trashed" statement, and stated my roof potentially could show signs of wear months down the road. That to me means it wasn't "trashed" then. I am now being dropped by State Farm. I'm sure they may do a great job at actual replacements, but I never got to that point.

Update 08/16/20:

Due to the company deciding to respond, I'll go ahead and say what a complete joke of a reply. Opinions and facts are not to be put in the same sentence. If your company says you need a replacement, you're putting your name and reputation on it. The facts are though, my roof was fine and had no damage to it.

Secondly, now that I've been brought back to this page, I've noticed several 5 Star reviews. If you read these, you can tell how robotic and scripted they are. This company is a complete sham, down to these recent reviews. I suggest you read the reviews carefully and decide which you believe to be accurate.

Great company! A storm damaged my parents house, they gave them a free inspection and then met with their insurance adjuster. They got them approved for a new roof and use high rated products with a great warranty. My parents are very happy with the way the roof looks!

C&H did such a good job on my moms house 15 yrs ago that we contacted them again just last year for new siding and windows on my father's house. The change was incredible! Great work. The owner Ken was great about staying on top of things! I highly recommend!

C&H Exterior Restorations did an AMAZING job on my home. I had new windows and a sliding patio door installed. Ken's communication was awesome and the work that Ken and his team provided was more than I expected! Their price was unbeatable and I am so happy that I went with this company. I would recommend them to anyone!

I called C & H Exteriors for a roof inspection.
The owner was very nice and sent out an employee to inspect my roof within 24 hours. The employee was so polite and professional. I will be using this company in the future for any exterior needs that might come up. I highly recommend them if you’re looking to have any exterior work done to your home.
