After having Magdan fix our basement interior wall due to water damage, we discovered that the issue was not actually addressed as we had water damage again just a few months later. While Magdan inspected our basement, they assumed that the sump pump didn’t clear water fast enough and overflowed, but in fact it was a crack in the foundation near the sewage line that they didn’t see and never fixed. Getting somebody over here to look at this issue, as well as other projects we wanted to work on was near impossible. Multiple cancelled appointments over the course of months and after a while we just gave up trying to work with them. We found another contractor that addressed the foundation issue but would’ve saved a lot of money and time if this was addressed the first time.

We sourced Magdan to re-side our garage after moving into the home. It was in bad shape. Their contractor that came out for the estimate was very professional and detailed out what could be done at multiple cost levels. They were responsive and quick with scheduling once the contract was signed. Those doing the replacing were very considerate of the property space and made sure the work was done well and all was cleaned up after. They even replaced gutters that we didn't ask for! Highly recommend.

It started with a leak over the window. First, small drops of water, paint peeling off, growing mold and 2 kids in the room. What I thought was a small repair, became a huge problem. Uncertain who to trust with a quote, we called Magdan Construction Crew for help.

Adrian came for a quick inspection. He nicely explained that we need to fix the wall and replace the entire window. Surprisingly, he said that most likely this renovation could be covered by insurance, but his team had to review contract. It was such a help, since reading an insurance contract is quite challenging. As predicted by Magdan’s technician, the renovation was covered by insurance. After the insurance paid our claim, the things got moving quite quickly: crew arrived and cleaned up mold, repaired wall over the window and replaced an old window with a beautiful one. Magdans crew is efficient, quick, and clean. We do not have to worry about rain destroying walls, or mold. Most importantly, I can recommend Magdan Construction Company to everyone.

Magdan Construction installed R15 insulation in my home's exterior walls and sided my house with Hardie board and it looks amazing! It all started with Adrian coming to my house the day after I spoke with him and he spent three hours measuring the outside of the house. He brought plenty of samples of siding colors and made us feel unrushed, as he patiently listened to us and gave us input on the products available. He provided us with a timely and detailed proposal to do the complete job, which included a detailed listing of all costs of materials and labor. Once we accepted the proposal, the Magdan construction crew arrived a few weeks later and went to work. Adrian introduced me to the foreman, Jose, who kept me informed of the crews progress and was available to answer any questions and address any concerns I had. The crew did quality work and kept a clean and organized work site at my home. The work was complete in a little over a week and the results were outstanding! My home exterior looks great!
