Fixed our roof and saved us money: Failed attic fan caused moisture and plywood rotting in a small section of roof. I was afraid that we need to replace entire roof for lots of $$$, but they inspected damage, replaced couple of plywood sheets, installed new fan and matching shingles. Saved us a lot of money. Quick and professional. Highly recommended.

My experience with Magdan left me with serious concerns and a lot of unanswered questions. What began as a home renovation project became increasingly stressful due to ongoing issues with communication, billing clarity, and expectations around the scope of work. Several things that came up during the process did not sit right with me and led to a breakdown in trust.

Despite efforts to address these concerns directly and respectfully, i was unable to reach a resolution that felt transparent or fair. The situation eventually escalated into a legal dispute, which has taken a significant emotional and financial toll on my family. We are facing the very real fear of losing our home while trying to sort everything out based off of a fraudulent mechanics lien .
